On Friday evening I reserved a truck for Saturday morning and received a confirmation message of the reservation. The pick up time was scheduled for 7am, Saturday morning with a return time off 1pm Saturday afternoon. I arrived at the 900 Roswell St. location at approximately 7:15/7:20 to pick up the rental. When I got there, I was told by the manager the truck that had been reserved for me was not returned the previous day as it should have been. The manager proceeded to call the customer, while I stood there to inquire about him returning the truck. The customer was upset that she called him but stated he thought he had until 10a Saturday morning. She informed him the truck was supposed to be returned by 3p on Friday. A couple of times she stated to me “I can’t give you what I don’t have.” Then as if to deflect, she stated I was supposed to be there @ 7A to pick up the truck, so she had already given the truck to someone that came in before me. Regardless as to what time I got there, I had a reservation that was scheduled for a 6 hr window. So if I made the reservation at 7p on Friday, you confirmed a truck was available at that time for pick up on Saturday morning, how are you now telling me the available truck you reserved for me, is now not available because it was not returned the previous day as it should have been AND because I was late getting there to pick it up? No ma’am, that is lack of accountability and professionalism on your part. If I don’t get there until 11:00, how is my 6 hr reservation now invalid?? This was my 1st AND LAST experience with UHaul! Completely unprofessional!

Awful rental site in roswell ga. I was charged incorrectly 4 TIMES. Was charged for 3 days I did not have the rental. I had to call 3 times to get it corrected. The 1800 customer service number was very helpful. The GM in the store was rude, acted like I was dumb for asking for a refund for my trouble and would do nothing other than refund for the days I did not have the rental. To many choices in Atl to rent vehicles to be treated like this.

Corey was great! He got me hooked up and on the road quickly. I had a problem in that the lights on the trailer did not work properly and I was unaware they were out until I stopped for fuel after dark. It could have become a dangerous safety issue. Thankfully, it did not. This must be added to the rental checklist before customers leave the lot. This failure does not reflect upon the employees, but either management or U-haul's policies and procedures as a whole.

Absolutely no help what so ever. Had a completely valid picture of my license with a barcode to scan. Desperately needed a van but refused even though they would need the picture anyway!!

Drove a 15' U-Haul 25 miles according to the receipt. I put in 2 gallons so that the fuel line was visually back where it was when I got it. U-Haul location charged me $16 (on the receipt) for 3 gallons. That means that their U-Haul gets 5 miles per gallon; which it obviously does not(I looked it up and its 10-13mpg). Even assuming I'm lying and added no fuel they are stilling putting in 3 gallons for 25 miles (about 8mpg) AND over charging me for that fuel. really padding their bottom line and hoping to not get pushback.

First of all, I arrived before closing, and the doors were locked. Then I started trying to do the mobile check-in, and somehow, someone got the truck that was attached to my reservation, and I started receiving text messages as if I had the truck! Very unprofessional!!

Store rep lied about fee due to keys being locked in car paid 210. Told it’s 50 dollars on phone by store rep. Then upon turning vehicle in told that it’s really 100. I feel like I got swindled and had to have the truck longer than expected due to store being no help with locked keys.

Honestly the most painless uhaul experience I've ever had! I made the reservation online 2 weeks in advance, walked right in and they had the truck and equipment I had reserved with no problems. They were polite and straight to the point! Thank you!!

Greg and his team helped me get into another truck and hauler after my horrible experience at the canton road location in Marietta.Greg thank you for listening to and resolving my issues after I had been passed around to several customer service agents and sent out of the Canton road location with a trashy local Ohio truck for my “one way rental” to Texas.I appreciate you doing all that you did to get me on the road in a much better truck as if moving isn’t already stressful enough. The truck you rented me got me to Texas safely and I had no issues whatsoever outside of my initial pickup. Your team also helped me at pick up with my auto transport and they made it so easy. Y’all get 5 starts for my experience! I cant thank you enough ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I was almost physically assaulted by one of the employees at this location with my 13 year old son next to me . I called customer service and the woman on the phone didn’t even seem concerned or apologetic for what had happened and hung up on me. I would never recommend this company or location.

Omg! I just move to Atlanta from Virginia and so far I've been busy as heck. I decided to get a bike an a bike rack. It was suggested that I get a hitch from "U-Haul" installed so I called the 1-800 number to make an appointment. I was so excited and thought I could get it the same or next day, I was wrong. The person told me that the next appointment would be the following week and it was the only place that could install the hitch on that day was in Marietta, so I waited (Conte's Cycle Shop was very accommodating and held my bike without a charge until I got the hitch installed) Well...the first person I came across was a young lady named, "Kathleen." I drove from SW Atlanta to Marietta Ga in order for Kathleen to tell me, point blank, "Who did you speak with that made the appointment for you?" I knew then that the question was ultimately, we don't have an appointment for you and I was right. At that moment I was extremely upset (inside). I left the area, drove to REI and got a bike rack that connected to the trunk of my car. When I pulled up into the parking lot of Conte's bicycle shop, the U-haul manager called, Mr Greg Hermosillo. Mr. Hermosillo asked if I could come in the next day for an appointment to install the hitch. I was Leary but moved forward and tried it again. I met the installer Esh Whylie. Mrs Whylie came in on her, "Day Off" in FATHERS DAY! in order to do the install. Before I met Esh, I was going to give this review and co-sign on the previous reviews that were low but Esh and Mr. Hermosillo saved the game with team work and outstanding customer service. I recommend that any problems with the staff to see Mr. Hermosillo. I recommend that if Esh wants to become a manager, she would be an asset for the company. When you have a person who would help their supervisor/manager to ultimately save the team, then he/she is a keeper. I'm hoping that whomever made the appointment would COMMUNICATE to the employees what they've done/didn't do and I'm hoping whomever made the appointment wasn't trying set this location up for failure.

Hands down easily the best Uhaul establishment I've ever been to. I planned on taking some goods from Costco to my home. The staff here made it so simple and painless. Sadly, when I got to Costco, they informed me there was a mix-up. When I brought the Uhaul truck back, the team at Uhaul on Roswell credited me for the unused milage without any hesitation and made me feel very valued. Thank you again, Uhaul. I'll be using you guys more often!

I'm sorry, but this U-Haul location deserves no stars at all! La Niña, the general manager almost put me in tears as she humiliated me in front of all the other customers. I had rented a truck that was so bad that the front driver seat felt like it was leaniy towards the drivers door. When I went down the street, I felt like I had to hold tightly to keep the truck under control. The truck also did not like an incline in the road as it struggled. I picked up my couch which was in the thrift shop down the street and while I was trying to head towards the highway call mom I was too scared to get on it and I turned around to bring back the truck. This all happened in less than an hour. By the time I picked up the truck and brought it back when I came back I told your general manager that the truck was no good and I was afraid for my life driving it. She said in a very, very loud voice. "There's nothing wrong with that car there's nothing wrong with that car!" when I tried to explain what was wrong with it in between her yelling mad at me, she said, "well what kind of car do YOU drive? I am a mechanic are YOU a mechanic?" I have never been treated this rudely and any U-Haul location I have ever visited. My best advice to you as an owner is to replace this general manager as she's turning away a lot of customers she has absolutely no customer service skills.

If I could give them 0 stars I would.. there's a woman with a nasty attitude who chooses who and when she wants to rent to.. last time I checked we were in uhaul.. I understand reserving the right to refuse service but she was just nasty for her own personal reasons.. and sweating like a pig
