Our U-Haul pickups have been transferred here twice now, and each time the truck or van we requested is not what is here when we arrive.11/2021 - Ordered a 3 bdr truck, Received a cargo van3/2022 - Ordered an 8' truck, Received a cargo van with doors no larger than 5'It's infuriating having to build "time for U-Haul to mess up" into our moving or renovation schedule.

I always get my uhauls here. The staff is nice and very helpful and the prices are reasonable.
