I'll start by saying the employees I interacted with were nice, but the truck that was rented out to me was not in good shape and that added some challenges during my move. The wires on the truck door that help raise and lower it were not on the spool, so the door kept getting stuck when we'd raise and lower it. This added a few hours to our move that we didn't anticipate. We had to remove the wires from the door entirely at one point, because we literally couldn't get it closed even halfway. There's also this trap door inside the truck (kind of in the middle of the floor) that was missing more than half of it's screws and lost more during the moving process. This little trap door would dip down and things would get stuck in it because it wasn't flush with the rest of the floor. Because of troubles with the door we ended up extending our rental another day. At least extending the rental was easy to do online.

Moving anything can be stressful. From the moment walking in, these guys do whatever they can to make it better. Even having a little hiccup with the process, they went beyond any expectations to make it right and I’ll definitely use this location again. The counter staff to the GM, they embody the meaning of customer service.

I had an awful experience with this UHaul rental. I told the clerk I would not be coming back into to town and that I was driving far away. He then proceeded to make the truck a in town rental as opposed to a one way trip, thus making me responsible for extra fees that I should not be held accountable for. I would not even recommend people that I hate to go to this location. They are extremely incompetent.

Wanted to picked up the truck from here, but the poor customer service issues makes me think that they don't need or want customers. Taking my money some where else!

They were not friendly with me. I guess they don't like older people even though the man who took my credit card was about my age. Actually was really mean to me when I brought the truck back. Bad experience!!!

The staff is very welcoming and professional. They got me in and out in a timely manner. Dahlen (the nice gentleman with locs) made sure I had all the parts in order for the trailer to attach to my truck. I am grateful for them and the positive interaction. Amanda was also so cheerful and professional.

Amanda is extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. My husband went to reserve a uhaul today and he was met with the most disgusting and unprofessional attitude and service from Amanda. She is a liability to the company because she has terrible listening skills, terrible attention to detail,and would not even listen to understand what was needed from her. She cut my husband off several times during their interaction and I truly do not appreciate that. I work in customer service as well and I would NEVER talk to or treat a customer the way that she has. She cut my husband off so much that she didnt even hear that we are reserving the uhaul for the 9th and she tried charging us for a whole week instead of setting a reservation. God only knows how many other people she has done this to and actually messed up their moving experience. She was so confident in her unprofessionalism and that is worrisome and makes me want to cancel the reservation and use a different uhaul location. I will be calling in the morning to make a formal complaint and also to make sure she has the details of our reservation correct.

I went there today, it was just raining, I asked the attendant to fill my gas tank, and he said it was raining. I said I would wait because it was ending. after rain he said he couldn't because there was lightning, I waited until the weather was visibly good, he said he wouldn't fill up because the weather wasn't good. I questioned him and felt a lot of lack of will and decriminalization because I was from another country. i was calm and gentle but he said the other one uha they stuffed. I have photos and videos proving that the weather was right. company is being represented by lazy people. Don't go that place to fill your propane.

I went to this Cobb Parkway location because the one closer to Dodd street had no U-Hauls available. AS USUAL. Once I got there I was greeted by a handsome black man with Locs. His appearance was very well groomed, his locs were very neat, and I noticed his nails were very well taken care of. I no many will say “what’s that got to do with anything” however I wasn’t going to go to U-Haul because I Heard so many horror stories about it not being professional, or it’s very hood. Quite the opposite! The black guy put me in a truck, got me a reservation, then estimated the mileage I might need on the spot. He was accurate on all angels that he presented. The U-Haul pricing made it very easy to move. Most companies gave me outrageous prices, but this young man made sure I got something sizable and affordable. I’m very thankful. Will certainly refer this location! Whoever that AFRICAN AMERICAN guy is with the Locs, he’s going places! Customer service was amazing.
