First time customer here. Huge shoutout to Ty, he is such an incredible associate!!!! I asked Ty for assistance today (7/26/25) and he went above and beyond. I explained to Ty that I have never used makeup before and that I will need to soon for professional photos I will be taking. Ty took the time to show me products within my budget and that are beginner friendly. Not only did he stick within my budget but he took the time to explain how to use each product. Thank you Ty so much!!

Jay and Carlos were so helpful today and patient when it came to my member discount. I couldn’t pull up my email at the moment and they honored it so I would not have to come back on Sunday. I’m very grateful. Their kindness really made my day after a long work week!!

I used to really like this Ulta location — the salon had great hairdressers and the overall management felt solid. But recently, there have been a lot of management changes, and new employees. So unfortunately, the experience has shifted.
I had an appointment for a simple all-over hair color and a haircut, which ended up taking five hours because my stylist took in a walk-in close to my scheduled time. While she did a great job and even offered a discount for the long wait (which I appreciated but 10% discount did not cover the amount of time i had to wait), I couldn’t help but feel like my appointment should have been more of a priority. Thankfully, I didn’t have any other plans that day, but if I did, I probably would have walked out — five hours is just not reasonable for a basic service.
On top of that, when I was shopping today, I was asked four separate times if I wanted to open a store credit card to get a discount by a lady who had curly ginger hair. I politely declined each time, but she continued insisting, saying I was pre-approved and that I’d save 80 cents. By the second time, it should’ve been clear that I wasn’t interested. It felt overly pushy and uncomfortable. And alot of the makeup items are not stocked and the many testers are missing or have been removed.
I’m sharing this in hopes that the store can return to the great service it once had.

Had signs throughout the store that everything is 20% off. When at the register and asked about the deal she said you have to sign up for their credit card. FALSE ADVERTISING, i will stick to Sephora.

I just want to thank Maya @ Ulta. I never wear makeup, but it was my birthday and I wanted to learn. She was so incredibly patient and kind and did the best job helping me pick out the perfect colors to make me still feel like myself, but a more bright version 🤗
Prior, I had only been to Sephora, but I will absolutely be coming here in the future because of my experience.

Had not worn makeup in over five years, walked into Ulta and asked for help specially as a female in aging and in my mid 50s Maya, one of the beauty consultants there was absolutely wonderful and I highly recommend that if you go in ask for Maya

Just tried to go by to get something at 8:30 on a Friday. Not open. Door locked. Bad customer service. Your hours need to match what it says online and your door. Guess I don't shop here anymore.

I just wanted to give a shout out to the manager Nadia for the professionalism she showed with following up with me regarding a past visit. Her kindness was amazing and she was super sweet when I went into the store the next time. Nadia is a wonderful manager and she represents the Ulta brand very well!
