This is the only place to buy a unicycle near us. My daughter needed a new unicycle. The staff that works here are awesome! They were so helpful, and knowledgeable of unicycles. I feel like this was the best place to purchase a unicycle. Customer service A+

We made a trip to find the storefront and let our daughter pick her own unicycle for her birthday.The store was definitely out of the way, and we really weren't sure the GPS was taking us to the right place. If you're going into an industrial area, you're going the right way.Once there, the office staff was wonderful. I wish I'd asked the man's name, but he was wonderful with our daughter. He quickly realized the parents had no clue, so he bent down and addressed her directly. They didn't have a pink one, but he offered pink pedals. We needed the shorter seat pole, and he took the time to actually assemble the unicycle for us. He also gave her some stickers to personalize it (and her helmet) and some extra stickers to share with others on her unicycle team.When we left, we were taking her picture at the door, and he came out to gift her a birthday shirt and some different, larger stickers for her club.All in all, it was more than worth the three hour drive. He single-handedly made our daughter feel like a real athletic princess.

I wanted to leave a nice review. I have called and emailed them a number of times and always received quick and friendly responses. I felt like they really cared about my experience and helped me decide what unicycle would work best for me. I’m 5’2-3” and not all of them would fit me. I received the giraffe convertible unicycle a few days ago and I love it. I bought a cheaper one a few years ago somewhere else and ended up trading it for a smaller one because I just never felt sturdy on it. I will say, going up in price does make a difference. I am already riding with almost no support. The performer series convertible giraffe is just stunning. It’s so beautiful and smooth. The seat feels perfect and it just feels balanced. I highly recommend saving your money and getting a giraffe from Unicycle.comHope this is helpful ??Regina ?
