STAY AWAY! Horrible experience. Dropped off a package for guaranteed next day air. No tracking information had come up the next morning so I called the store to find out what was going on. They insisted it was picked up and gave me the contact information for the UPS Hub to help locate the package. Whoever picked up at the UPS hub told me that the store I dropped it off at has misplaced things before and that she would call over there to look into it. She finally calls me back to tell me my package got rejected at the airport bc it didn’t have a country code!! First off, the girls at the store never said anything. They looked at the airway bill and told me everything was fine. Second of all, I don’t understand why I would need a country code when it’s staying in the United States of America. I have spoken to 3 different people and not ONE person can explain to me why my package was rejected. UPS is a huge cluster of incompetence. This has been a huge letdown. I will NEVER use UPS again.
*EDIT* Package is STILL LOST. No one can tell me where it is. I paid over $100 for guaranteed next day. It’s been lost for 2 days now. Whoever the ‘owner’ of this store is needs to hire new employees. There’s absolutely nothing you can say or do to fix the incompetence of your employees. The damage is done. I will NEVER use UPS again.

Outstanding Service and Amazing Customer Care!
I had an exceptional experience at my local UPS store! From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, friendly, and extremely helpful. The customer service here is truly top-notch. The team went above and beyond to assist me with my shipping needs, offering suggestions to ensure my package was securely packed and shipped.
What stood out the most was how patient and knowledgeable Vince was when answering all my questions. He took the time to explain the different shipping options, making sure I understood the entire process. Not only was the service quick and efficient, but the level of care and attention he provided made me feel valued as a customer.
It's rare to find a business that delivers such a positive experience, and I'm so grateful for the excellent service. I highly recommend this UPS store to anyone looking for reliable, friendly, and professional service!

The lady that rang me up today didn’t realize I had multiple packages so I had to make multiple transactions because she didn’t inquire about the other things I had to ship beforehand.

I do my Amazon returns here. It use to be a pain in the butt cause there would be a long line of ppl asking for complicated things when all I needed was a quick scan
and go. But since they added a self service machine just for Amazon returns it’s been a game changer. Great idea and great service

Most of the time everyone seems pretty professional and helpful unfortunately recently I ran into another customer who has a box there and had received a lot of important documents and USPS items and all of it was taken out of his mailbox. Not for non-payment not for any kind of fraud but because they needed a new verification that he had already given them & a new secondary verification even though no one on the news or anywhere has heard of this surprise thing. Mr. Garner,
Please take appropriate notice that the way your employees are running. The store could be considered violation of a consumer rights. It is not good practice trying to nickel and dime an individual to buy things in your store to enhance your profit. That being said Amazon pays you to return items Moreover it is not the customers fault for example if they bring in a computer keyboard and it’s in the box, but then you turn around your employees turn around and try to make the Customer buy a package such as a box or whatever is not needed for profit. It’s just simply bad practice and then the attitude of your employees all three of them simply lack customer service profoundly in closing stop trying to nickel and dime customers I see now while individuals have recommended that I go to Kohl’s and return products instead of going to the UPS store, you guys are all about Nickel and dime a Customer and not customer service whatsoever. If I could give a -100 stars at this point in time, I would definitely do that. Train your employees to be more customer friendly. They simply could’ve went in the back and got a box or anything to wrap up the box that the keyboard was in but instead you want to try to profit in someway somehow. This is only gonna cause you to lose business and customers

01/19/25 Arleth I hope I spelled that correctly! She was phenomenal. I walked in as she was helping someone. I asked was okay to use the self scanner and she still managed to multitask and help me because it was my first time using it. It’s an excellent location and this is the one I’ll be using ! Thank again❤️

I recently had an amazing experience at this UPS location! The staff were super helpful and efficient - I was done in 5 minutes without lifting a finger. Definitely recommend it for all your shipping needs!

I ordered something and my address was correct. UPS said they couldn't deliver my item because it was missing an apartment number, which was on there. This was very inconvenient because I needed my package.
