When l came inside l the lady did not say anything to me. She looked upset l came in . I had two returns amazon returns and one of them required tape. Unaware of this new policy where you have to pay for tape. If knew this l would of gone to my old store l worked at . However she was not friendly about. I understand how many people do that , what happened to saying hi welcome to the The Ups Store! How can l help you? When l was there l was a lot nicer to customers 🤔. I will never come back to this location l will go elsewhere.

I went in to mail a letter. Tamara was about to ring me up for postage cost. Then she said the machine wasn’t working properly and opened her personal wallet to give me a stamp she had at no charge. I felt bad taking her stamp but she insisted. What a kind person and phenomenal customer service. Thanks again Tamara!

Tamara Scott & staff were excellent and resposive by phone and in person when I had a lengthy drawn out situation with an item being shipped back to a seller for a refund... Had to go through multiple gyrations BUT finally got resolution due to This UPS Store's guidance and assistance!! Thank You. JML

Very unhelpful staff on 1/5/2025. When you are out of a product you carry, it would be nice as well as helpful to see if another UPS store has what is needed. I understand they are not all affiliated however it is good customer service to be helpful so the customer wants to come back to your location. In the future I will use the UPS at Woodlawn Shopping center, as they were very helpful.

After printing 90 color two-sided copies of my photo-laden Xmas newsletter, I came back the next day for 6 more and wasn't charged! Delightful surprise!

I pass another UPS store just to come to this store because they are so nice!!!
They open the door for you. They are so friendly, patient and kind. There is a black guy who is beyond helpful and Tamara is the most compassionate human being I have ever dealt with. She is such a dear. These people are a true asset to this company.

Love this particular UPS store. It is conveniently located next to Krogers, the customer service is great, the gentleman that helped me was nice, accommodating and kind. I needed something printed and he took care of it very fast. I will come back again
