Very happy, loved being able to make a notary appointment in advance. Viralkumar is super nice and very helpful. He was a pro at multitasking and keeping the drop offs moving while helping us with the notary services. Typically UPS stores have less than stellar service but I was pleasantly surprised this time.

Best experience at this UPS location. The staff here goes above/beyond to assist you. I was there today and the staff here exemplies five star customer service (which is so rare now days because almost every business is self serve. We need more sales associates like this in retail/business. It is so missed and I can’t thank this staff enough for the positive attitude and the courtesy they showed me and how they helped me.

Do not depend on this store to be open on time. They are almost always late opening the store…ant least on the unlucky days I decide to come and It’s always the same employee.. and he comes flying through the parking lot. Just be on time! Simple.

This UPS Store location is fantastic! I have come here often for Amazon returns and the staff has always great! Recently I needed help printing my Revocable Trust and Power of Attorney documents from WhatsApp since my Chromebook wasn't cooperating. Then I had to have these documents signed by my witnesses and notarized at this location. Vick, an employee, was incredibly helpful. He went above and beyond to make sure these important documents were handled correctly. I trust in this location.

When you ask to speak to the manager everybody claims to be the manager then you ask a question they can't answer then they put the real manager on and that person doesn't even know and they say talk to the owner which is never available. They seem to speak mostly Spanish and somewhat broken English to speak and understand.

The store employee showed up almost 15 minutes late opening the store. There were 3 customers waiting in the parking lot, myself included. Another customer and I had specifically chosen this location for its proximity to our meetings at 9 (she had a business meeting and I had a job interview).
He came flying through the parking lot with no regard for any safety and when he got inside was scrambling to serve the now 4 customers waiting. There was no apology or acknowledgment that he opened the business so late.
