This location is amazing. It takes a lot for me to go out of my way to write reviews. The people that work there are super efficient and friendly every single time. I've been to this location tons of times and I don't know what people in the other reviews are honestly complaining about. Anyone that has a problem, go use the UPS in Kennesaw Old 41 location and you'll appreciate how friendly, efficient, quick and professional this location is - especially in a time now where decent service just sucks everywhere. I think it's family run. There's rarely a wait even with a lot of customers in there, they get the job done and are really nice.

Great Experience at The UPS Store!
This UPS Store is clean, well-organized, and the staff is super helpful and friendly. They made the shipping process quick and easy, and I really appreciated how patient they were when I had questions. Two weeks in a row now I’ve showed up before 8:30 so I can be here when they open and each time 9:00 rolls around and no one is here! I’ve watched multiple people try to go in and leave. If your hours are no longer 8:30 change them! I plan my time accordingly and expect a business to open when they say.

In fairly often for package mailing, returns, copies, etc. Always get cheerful, courteous, professional help. Not perfect but GREAT folks to work with. So glad they’re nearby!

It says their hours start at 8:30am. There is no one here.
I have been sitting here since 8:29, it's now 8:45. Myself and 2 other people so far have shown up for the 8:30 opening time. This is a business of very specific needs and if you're not going to open according to your posted hours... change them!

Dropped off a package to be mailed internationally. Filled out the forms, and gave package to the young guy at counter. He said he would need to put in a box, as they don’t typically mail soft-pacs internationally. Understandable. Apparently, he put in a box with a lithium battery sticker on it, because it was returned by customs. After researching by USPS, they found that he didn’t put my apt number on the correct line on the return label, because they can’t return the package back to me. It’s been 4 months! They use USPS as their international carrier (which I should have just went directly to them). Even though I confirmed the address on the screen at the UPS store somehow he messed it up. Now, 4 months later, I’ve submitted a claim with USPS but they said it’s somewhere at the unclaimed package facility in Atlanta. I guess this package is just GONE. $90 to send a package to my son in NZ, just gone. What upsets me is no one from the UPS store has reached out, even though I’ve called and left multiple messages for the manager. Sad excuse for customer service. The entire mail system is a joke.
