Absolutely THE WORST UPS store I have ever encountered. Rude and condescending worker (male). Would not recommend anyone using this location unless you want to be treated badly.

The manager is not friendly or helpful. Never says hello when I walk in or smiles. Janice on the other hand is kind and helpful and friendly and goes out of her way to help me. Maybe making her a manager would improve customer experience.

I had to get an affidavit signed for the truck I sold and have it notarized. On Tuesday, I went with the person who bought the truck to get this done. A tall man with an accent (I didn’t catch his name) asked us what we needed. We told him we needed the document notarized. He said, “Okay, hold on,” and we waited no big deal.
The information on the document (VIN Number and the details of the truck) Is to be filled out by the customer or the owner (I work in a law firm basic legal document knowledge). But with his approach and seemingly zero will to be there I didn't feel like arguing I even offered to show him real documents of maintenance receipts I had pictures of that had the VIN on there and the truck details etc. and he said "Nope need it in person come back with something".
So we return on Thursday close to closing time so I completely understand the rushing but a really nice lady approached us and she said "All I need is the signers license" she didn't need ANYTHING else. And she notarized the document within seconds.
This employee didn’t just waste one person’s time and gas; he wasted both people’s time and gas due to his incompetence and lack of effort to do his job. I hope he receives the necessary training and guidance to improve, so this location can maintain a ok rating.

Excellent customer service. Had to drop off a couple of Amazon packages and they were really helpful. Quick service and the owner was very friendly!

The staff at this location are always friendly and helpful. They once assisted me in formatting a resume and have also helped my mother who is not the most tech savvy within her multiple visits to the store. Great staff.

I live near this location and it never disappoints. I usually do my Amazon returns here. It’s always a quick and easy process. I asked the young lady who helped me to write her name down I hope I am spelling it correctly Karren(Kavven)! She is always a great help!?

Upon returning my Att equipment at this store, properly and per instructions, the lady who I knew was up to no good didn't actually return it and Att tried to charge me for it abouta year later! I knew she was going to do that. I even returned my remotes!
I do believe I was able to convince Att because I had the receipt for the items!!
This was Oct or Nov of 2020.

Went to a different location and they shipped some books for under $50 but at this location they insist the only shipping method would be $182 The box for $47 weighed less as well. Go to any other ups location the people here don't know what they're doing and will rip you off.

I’ve retuned literally hundreds on Amazon items to UPS locations around the city and not once have I ever been told I would have to pay for them to slap a piece of tape across a box.The snarky girl behind the counter laughed and said yes it’s $1.49. I’m sorry no it’s not because I’ll take my returns to kohls and my future business elsewhere .I hope $1.49 was worth loosing a long time customer.

Amazon specifically told me I didn’t need a box if I went to UPS to return. The UPS store made my brother buy a box that cost almost as much as the item we were delivering! That was such ridiculous and not what our original directions required!
