I’ve retuned literally hundreds on Amazon items to UPS locations around the city and not once have I ever been told I would have to pay for them to slap a piece of tape across a box.The snarky girl behind the counter laughed and said yes it’s $1.49. I’m sorry no it’s not because I’ll take my returns to kohls and my future business elsewhere .I hope $1.49 was worth loosing a long time customer.

Amazon specifically told me I didn’t need a box if I went to UPS to return. The UPS store made my brother buy a box that cost almost as much as the item we were delivering! That was such ridiculous and not what our original directions required!

I went here to pick up a lost UPS shipment that was sent to this locations for security purposes, and this location wants to charge me an additional $25 dollars to receive it. Be careful with local businesses that seek profits over service.

Do NOT have items shipped to this location. They now charge a $20 pickup fee on top of the money you already paid UPS. If this had been disclosed beforehand, that would have been fine. However, springing this extra fee on customers once they are looking at their package on the counter is ridiculous. I am not sure if UPS or this location's owner is at fault, but this is a horrible way to run a business.

This UPS store is the only branch that I deal with when it comes to my shipping needs. I've gone to other stores and the experience Is always dreadful. But NOT here! Employee Vincent is consistently present with great customer service and provides amazing guidance when it comes to the best options for getting my packages to their destination! I appreciate the level of professionalism he always holds himself to when dealing with customers.

Just lugged a large, heavy Amazon return box into the UPS Store at Macland Pointe Shopping Center. Everything was packaged as it had arrived to me except that one piece of tape across the top was missing. They told me they could put the piece of tape on, but would have to charge for packing. When I asked if I could just get a piece of tape they said no. I took the box and left. I have never had a good experience at this place and this is just one more reason to avoid it.

This ups store is always fast and efficient when it comes to their services. Paola is extremely knowledgeable in her job and helpful to all. The rest of the staff are always friendly.

The worst customer service from that lady at the front desk (didn’t get her name but she had short hair and a nose ring) that worked at this location on 11/02/23 at 6:30pm.Lack of empathy, and clearly doesn’t like her job. It shows!Going back to FedEx for my shipping needs. I’m SO done with this place.

I have been using this location for 20 years. How it has changed. I have found customer service skills lacking. Rules are rules but how you say it and facial expressions say it all. How about saying good morning before being told, “this Amazon return should have been packed”..as it is been pushed back. Well? I asked for packing ..while her face was cold as ice. I am visibly disabled. Not even a bit of concern. Today I received grace for a small box that needed a 12”inch piece tape.Next time.. told $1.50. I felt like the Seidfeld show. “No soup for you” episode. Be ready for rules training. Keep your joy.

This location has a poor attitude while dealing with customers. They lost a package because they didn't scan the properly. I have a receipt, but Amazon can't find the package and the tracking # on the receipt is invalid. Don't come to this location.
