Absolutely terrible, they lost two of my packages. They wouldn’t put in a dispute for the last one because they said it was delivered and they had proof. Well my niece never got her son’s 10 th birthday gift. It’s very hard to communicate with them, their English is terrible. I am really frustrated. Terrible, terrible service and company. NEVER again.

Staff was nice it seemed like, but holy smokes they were slow. And during peak holiday season. I must have waited behind two ladies both at a register for at least 10 minutes. When I left the line was almost out the door.

The owners are wonderful !
This store is outstanding. The customer service is superb. They are always on time courteous and knowledgeable. They always leave all of their customers satisfied. I have been coming to this facility for years now because of the wonderful service that I always receive. The store is always very neat and accommodating and attractive looking, the personnel there are exceptional. They always greet you with a smile and treat you like a family. They deserve a 10 rating.

I honestly omelet here for all of my printing, copying services needed. They are always helpful and efficient with all my needs. There are other options available but this is always my primary choice. Even while pregnant with twins, I passed out in the store and they did everything to ensure I was ok.

Asked if could print a label, since I had forgotten the one I printed. Said yes proceeded to print and add a label sleeve. Then charged me three dollars without even telling me that that would’ve been the cost upfront. I would’ve driven the two minutes back to my house to grab the label, to return the $10 item, instead of paying the three dollars. Tell me the cost of my request beforehand, just be upfront and let me make the choice of whether or not I want to spend the money, don’t sneak it in.
