I experienced the worst customer service of my life from Ira. I’m still in shock about how this man thinks it’s okay to talk to people the way he does. If a company tells you that you can come to UPS without printing your label, do not come to this location. Which, okay fine. It’s okay if they can’t do what the company said they could. What’s not okay is talking to customers the way Ira does. Unprofessional and rude. When asked for a supervisor’s name or number, he said he didn’t have one. When asked if he owned the place, he said he didn’t. I don’t know what the story is, and I would never want to hurt the owner’s business over a bad employee, but I felt the need to warn others. Another woman in the shop said his behavior was an ongoing issue. The shop needs to get rid this man if they want returning customers. I will update if my package makes it to the seller.

I have been a customer of this location for more than 5 years. They have gone through a little of changes since then but the service has been consistent. Recently, Ira was helpful with the prcess of renewing my mailbox contract.

I struggled deciding whether to writing this review but felt people needed to know; so they could make their own decision on continuing to go to this store.
I went into the store to ship a package. The guy at the counter told me I needed to put my item in a more secure envelope. I told him what was in the package and agreed that a more secure envelope would be best and purchased one. One week later, my friend received my package. The item inside the package was removed and all that was left was the packaging. So either it was taken out by the guy at the ups store, or somehow the UPS driver mysteriously knew what was in my package and took out the contents and decided to still ship it. You be the judge.
I went to the store later to inform the owner of what happeend. We talked for 5-8 minutes. He stood 100% firm that his people were outstanding citizens and would never steal. I disagreed and told him I could no longer patronize his business. He then turned to me and accused me of coming into his store and being rude. I was so shocked when he said that because I was only there to make him aware that he had someone in his store that stole my item. Fortunately, there was a Caucasian lady standing close by who overheard our conversation and the man accusing me of being rude. She stepped in and totally called out the owner and defended me. She said that if she owned a store, she would be grateful if someone made her aware of what I'd just told him and that my behavior was not even close to being rude. He tried to backtrack and apologize but it was meaningless at that point. He was only apologizing because the lady called him out.
Take from this what you wish. I felt I needed to make people aware of the events because having items stolen is never a good thing, when you trust a business.

Always had good service here! All of these reviews that are negative are a bunch of whiny folks who dont understand anything about logistics or running a company. Im sure 90 % of them are Democrat's LOL. People need to blame who they bought stuff from , their claims may not be honest. Its not UPS's job to keep up with false claims by online sellers. Read the fine print.

If you have a return that states you don’t have to have it packaged, they will take care of it for you, DO NOT come to this location. I had to pay for packaging although I informed the rep that I had been to this location before and completed a return in the same manner that didn’t require me to pay for the packaging. The rep stated it had something to do with the type of label linked to the return. That sounds like a UPS problem and not a me problem. If customers are directed that whatever they are returning (be it from Amazon, TikTok, SHEIN, or wherever) it should be honored. Like I said, I’ve returned items via this location before without issue, I’m not sure if the rep was new or not. He even asked another rep who said I needed to pay for packaging. Then the rep who wasn’t sure to begin with stated “yeah, he’s giving you a deal cause we normally charge $10.99 for packaging”. Please be for real and a bit more professional than that. It doesn’t matter how polite the rep was, he was still uneducated about the return. That’s neither here, nor there as it was a poor customer experience for me and I won’t return. I’ll take my business elsewhere.
*****UPDATE TO RESPOND TO UPS STORE*****
Blah…. Blah… Blah. You simply have demonstrated on a public platform how YOUR establishment doesn’t take responsibility for what they’re supposed to do. Thank you. My response was to the poor customer service I received. The seller did exactly what they were supposed to as they must have some sort of written agreement as to how returns should be handled when something is returned via UPS, USPS, etc. That process has nothing to do with me. However, you need not worry as I do know how to handle situations such as this. Also, I didn’t ask for your unsolicited advice, so if that was your way to chastise, correct, or educate me on how to handle situations such as this, it was never needed or requested. Clearly, you aren’t aware of the policies or written agreement between sellers/UPS and/or your particular location implement the policies however you see fit instead of how they’re supposed to be. That, or you are incapable of comprehending as I clearly attached a screenshot on how the item I purchased was supposed to be returned. I was advised that no box/label was needed but was charged for packaging. BTW, how legit was the sale of the packaging as I wasn’t charged tax or provided a receipt of purchase?!?? ATP it doesn’t really matter, I’ve accomplished what I set out to do, return an item I no longer needed. I’m just here to make sure the cards fall even and people are fully aware before they frequent THIS LOCATION and attempt to utilize services. But thanks for the feedback, you have the day you deserve. :)

Customers beware! This is not a full service store---they do not handle Verizon returns. They also seem to have problems with internet service not working. Lastly, they have employees who typically greet you with snarky remarks. There are locations on Sandy Plains and George Busbee Pkwy which provide far better overall service.

I've been here several times over the past few months, and it's clear that no one here knows what they are doing at all. Very unhelpful and frustrating. Maybe it's lack of training or they don't know the systems that they are using, or what. But they always seem to be struggling. There's no sort of line or system, they just start helping people randomly who come in all at the same time, causing further chaos

Do not use this store they consistently lose packages and never deliver it properly to the address inserted on the box in fact employees steal the items out-of-the-box and sometimes never hand it over to the United states post office when you purchase a tracking number you've been warned it's incredible that the Police Department has not arrested the owner
the store own might be wearing these shoes!

Rude employees.
The girl at the counter trying to get me to pay for a box for a return that this ups store was able to print a label for (meaning, they must be participating in the program) that was part of the TikTok shop returns and I was instructed I did not need to bring a box and that would be provided by the ups store.
Just was rude with her tone and a customer ended up giving me an extract package she had with her to use because I was not going to pay for a box.
UPS stores boxes and packing materials are also extremely overpriced. I would not recommended this location. She acted like she didn’t like her job and as if I was inconveniencing her by bringing my packages to this location.
