Paul was lovely! He greeted me immediately and showed great hospitality and even humor! My go-to UPS location now!

Made a notary appointment online. No notary was available because I guess they pick and choose when to show up to work despite having an appointment scheduled

My wife or my family do not trust the owner of this particular UPS office his name is Walter, he'll give you the run around he loses packages left and right and he hires people to increase his star rating he should be taking the court and shut down immediately he's very ignorant!!!!!!

Their actual hours are not what's posted online. I drove out of my way to go here because they were supposed to open at 8am. Thank you UPS for wasting my time and money.

Is Walter the owner? Lacking in good customer service. No doubt, the UPS logo keeps them open. Where else can you go nearby. I won’t go into details because the owner doesn’t apologize for any customer feedback that doesn’t lineup in their favor. Rather than apologize first, he/she makes excuses. Scroll and read the reviews of anyone that doesn’t give 4 to 5 stars. First rule of customer service: the customer is always right. And when the customer is wrong, the customer is always right. Read “Good to Great” and “Excellence Wins” on great organizations. Either provide an apology or thank them for their feedback without an excuse because doing so shows you value people not just the positive review that pumps you up. Lack of acknowledging their feedback in a positive manner says more about the values (or lack thereof) in the organization than their value of people. By the way, Google gives professional advice on how to react to reviews that aren’t favorable. In fact, they have a process to remove bad reviews if they aren’t legitimate.I won’t go into details of my experience because it will only be met with an attack of the customer’s review. (Anyone else reading this, check back to find out. Note to owner: please prove me wrong. Readers check the lengthy reply from the owner slamming customers that leave one star. Somewhat enlightening on the owner.) No humility or openness to critique in order to improve is not very becoming. Wish this place no ill will yet wanted community to know vantage point from this reviewer.

Went to mail a very important package and owner told me they arenow closed early at 5 instead of because he has no employees and has a health condition. I arrived at 5pm not knowing about new time. Need to do better especially since a woman was allowed in after me to check lockbox.

It never seems to be open. Google states they are open until 6:30. I come at 4:00 and the store is closed. This has happened more than once. Inconsistent times make me wonder why I try to ship from this location if I have to take a chance on if they are actually open.

DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION FOR UNOFFICIAL WITNESS SERVICES!! This UPS store is one of the only UPS store locations in Georgia that refuses to offer unofficial witness services unless they are also allowed to perform notary services simultaneously. After driving an hour to meet two of their would be customers who invited me to this location, the manager refused to service the customers. Specifically, the Manager rudely turned away the potential customers stating that if she could not witness AND notarize the customer's documents, she would not provide any other services at all. This poor level of service was completely unexpected and unreasonable. I do not recommend this location as customers are clearly not as important as their bottom line.

I highly recommend this particular UPS Store. I have used nearly every service they offer and have always been well taken care of and pleased with the outcome/results. I have moved closer to another UPS Store, however I will continue to drive the extra 30 minutes to THIS store because I know I will be wonderfully taken care of and anything I need to accomplish will be handled in the most professional, and friendly, manner. I especially love Judy. She is always so helpful and friendly. You won't find her without a beautiful smile on her face to greet you. She makes it a joy to come into the store.

I began working full time with our family-owned engineering, construction and real estate management business in May 1993. One of my first stops in that phase of business organization was this UPS Store to get a commercial street address to put on our business cards for those all-important first impressions at meetings with prospective clients, etc. I rented the biggest box they had for that purpose and to receive large supplier catalogs needed for engineering plans and specs (hard copies were necessary before it all became available online)..........For almost 30 years now, it has been our "full-time shipping and receiving department at a part-time price." Walt has been the owner for about the last 10 years and has done a fantastic job of running the operation..............His senior assistant, Judy, is very knowledgeable, efficient and customer oriented. Judy owns her own small business on the side and understands the technical intricacies of the modern digital business. I'm always happy to see her when I walk into the store and she always greets me by name. The same can be said for Khalid, Judy's able colleague.........It is a reality in business that "time is money." Yeah, stamps and shipping are cheaper at the post office if you have time to drive miles to the nearest sub-station only to stand in line for an hour. It is also a truism in business you get what you pay for..........As a small business owner, time management is always a HUGE issue. I am thankful for the fast, efficient and cost-effective service I receive from Walt and his team for all our business shipping, receiving and publishing tasks. They are always there for us, 24/7. We have access to our mailbox in the store front at any time of the day or night. We also have a copier account to make high-speed copies anytime we need them. We can email requests while out of town, including print jobs, and they will be complete and waiting on us when we return.........For decades, I have counted on them to receive packages for us while we are away from the office on business, securely holding them for pick-up until we can return to Marietta. This included several years I was overseas on a long-term contract during 2010-13. Not only did they hold mail for pick-up during that time, but at my request, Walt would sort through the mail, then open and scan important items for me to my overseas office for my attention and action from the other side of the world.......I cannot recommend Walt and his team highly enough. I wish there were six or seven stars available to me, but I can only max out this review at 5. You can't beat them for all your small-business office needs, including notary service, color printing of business cards, laminating, personalized luggage tags, fax service, publishing and binding, etc........If you are a small-business start-up, see Walt and his team as one of your first stops on your way to pursuing your dreams.......

Slowest service of any ups stores. Also, they will charge you for every “paper clip”. I understand that this is the essence of their business, but there got to be some common sense

I have waited to post this, as I was not sure how to say what I experienced. However, I want you all to stay safe so here goes... I am still in such disbelief. As I was waiting in line, the man behind the counter burst out in dance and began saying he was positive. Everyone in line was mortified. The lady behind the counter tried to act okay, but you could see she was also worried. I can only assume he is profoundly announcing he is positive for COVID. I can not believe the lack of professionalism he displayed. The lady was kind and nodded as I left the store. I feel she understood my reason for leaving. Long story short, if you want to catch covid from a dancing crazy person, then this is the store for you! If not, go somewhere else! UPS needs to do something about him. Since this happened, I have seen several reviews on how he has not been wearing a mask! He is just a COVID fountain of germs! YUCK!
