This store has the most helpful, professional, and customer service friendly employees of ANY UPS store I ever visited. I have never dealt with any of the staff that did not give their full attention and helpful service! Customer service is one quality that most businesses are missing these days. Thank you for the most professional, fast and most friendly service Stephanie! She made cards for me (twice now) , name tag and I have 3 other projects for her! Wow the store representatives here were wonderful! I needed to print and notary service. Stephanie was sooooo attentive and helpful. She made printing and notarizing my documents seamless and quick. Ryan took a moment and signed as a witness. I was in and out before I knew it. If you are ever in Dallas Hwy and want remarkable service please visit this 3600 Dallas Hwy location. 😁

I visited this location a number of weeks ago and needed to sent some documents to my family attorney via fax. The gentlemen were extremely helpful and willing to assist. Particularly a gentleman by the name of Aaron. Not only was he king and patient, he had exceptional customer service. He definitely deserves as raise!

I had a great experience with this store. The staff were all very polite and extremely helpful. Aaron took time to help me on a problem I created by giving a wrong address to the sender. There was more involved than I can type but he contacted me multiple times to tell me the progress he made with my mistake. I later found out he was the owner. When I received my package he took time to show me on his phone a better way to send my packages in the future. This is why I will direct my family and friends to this store. He took the time to not only help but to make my future experience better. I highly recommend this store for friendly and helpful service.

OH MY GOODNESS!!! This UPS is absolutely THE BEST UPS store I have ever been in. The customer service is beyond excellent. I really can't say enough about the level of care I received from Arin.
Arin packaged a keyboard and stand I needed sent out of state. When my son received the keyboard in the mail, he explained how perfect the packaging was. Arin took such loving care to strategically wrap every part of the contents to make sure it arrived in tip top shape.
Thank you, Arin, for being so awesome with your customers and for making our experience great. It is so appreciated!
BTW....I love how you and your co-worker greet everyone when they walk in. It seems you have quite a following since you knew many of your customers. You are making the world smile!

Very nice and helpful! I don’t ship things often and wasn’t familiar with the process and information I needed to provide, employees were extremely nice and didn’t mind taking time out of their day to help explain what I might need.

This is by far the best UPS store in Marietta. The employees are always so pleasant and helpful. They are organized and professional, which means that they get the job done quickly and correctly. Love this location!

Extremely helpful, patient and polite, every time I go there. I have been to other locations and they have complained about my boxes not being taped. I didn't know I had to tape them because of this location where I have never been asked to and they have never complained about it. I realize then they're just really sweet but in reality I should take my own damn boxes I just didn't know about it. 😂
