Hans is an absolute star employee! He was helpful, friendly, and informative with our notary, copy, and email tasks. As an added bonus, this is one of the cleanest and nicely appointed UPS stores I’ve ever been in. Sadaires also helped us and she was wonderful. Great teamwork here and they definitely kept the line moving quickly.

I needed to print 1 page. My printer died that day of course. The folks at the store were kind enough to print it for free. They saved me! Great folks

I entered the store no more than a boy with shipping related needs. I left the store a man with no shipping related needs. Expedient and polite, not only did the employees provide service with a smile, but they singlehandedly mediated a meeting between three generations of my family. It is thanks to them that my father now respects me, not only as his child, but also as a peer, and the same for him to his father. They also complimented my outfit which was completely unnecessary but still made my day. If I could leave more than five stars, I would, that's why I'm leaving this review too. I can't thank them enough for what they do here.

I always get excellent service. For example, I arrived this morning to get a copy of my passport notarized. Not only did Shawn notarize the copy for me, he emailed it to me also. This made it super easy to send to my attorney in Sierra Leone.

We just had one of the best customer service experiences at this UPS location! We came in with a few tasks to tackle—mailing a package, notarizing documents, and sending out paperwork—and Nicolas made the whole process seamless.
He was friendly, attentive, and took the time to ask questions based on the information we shared, which showed he really cared about getting everything right. What could have easily been a long and tedious errand turned into a quick, pleasant, and efficient visit.
Customer service like this is rare these days, and Nicolas truly stood out. Highly recommend this location, and a big thank you to Nicolas for making the experience outstanding!
