This location refused to help me with a prepaid package. I was told I could bring the pdf of my shipping label and they would print and ship. The man at the counter told me I had to go to UPS to have my label printed. Will never use this location again and hopefully won’t have to use USPS again either.

TRASH!!!! BE PREPARED FOR NO ONE TO KNOW ANYTHING! YOUR MAIL TO BE LOST. NO ONE IN THE BUILDING.. NO CHANGE OF ADDRESS FORMS INSIDE UNLESS PERSON HAS MAIN DOORS UNLOCKED. HOURS AT LUNCH. I WENT HERE ON MY BREAK BY WORK NOPE TARSH ALSO. DAWSONVILLE AND CUMMING BOTH ARE TRASH AS WELL. HIRE SOME EDUCATED PEOPLE WITH COMMON SENSE. RUDE TO ME OVER YOU HAVING TO DO YOUR JOB. TRASH

Slow, disinterested service. Been there a dozen times over the past few years and there has NEVER been more than one clerk, so there is always a long wait. Sometimes that one clerk has to go to the back to look for something and then there is nobody there while everyone waits. No doubt this is the result of a long history of promotion and pay based on tenure vs performance. Compare to UPS experience, where everyone is upbeat and energetic and always multiple clerks.

First time I used them for my business. This was on the 17th. Tried three times to get the attendant to answer ONE question. He kept interrupting and telling me how to run my business which he knew nothing about. I was visibly upset because I had just spent time and money on setting up my business the day before with USPS. They convinced me I was better off switching carriers which I did as soon as I got home. The package was supposed to arrive by Saturday. It still has not arrived and I'm not surprised. I'm never trusting USPS again. I hate that they have a monopoly that allows them to be all high and mighty and basically unaccountable for anything they do or in this case don't do. I will find a way around them because even if you use something like PAK, they somehow get paid.luckly that package will only cost me $10. I already took care of the customer because I knew USPS would fail.

Today is Saturday December 29, 9:35am.
This location should be open (check pictures says open 8-12) but it is closed. Can’t pick up my package. Bummer.
At least change your hours on Google maps. 1 star for those losers.

Great service and nice location. The female postal agent was super quick and helpful. This branch is dedicated to public service of George Bush and Marvin Runyon (I think). Worth reading about Runyon’s impact on the postal service, it’s a cool story!

John at the front counter is helpful, kind, efficient, informative and just overall fantastic. They are very lucky to have him. Honestly the best experience I’ve ever had at a post office.
He helped several people that had questions with patience and a smile. Had everyone in line laughing and not minding the wait at all. But it wasn’t much of a wait since he is so fast and efficient.
