Business hours are from 8am-4pm on a Wednesday, but after visiting at 1:45pm I saw the store was closed with a sign saying lunch break until 3:20pm 😂
Lobby was in shambles. Dirty, and all the free envelopes and mailers were completely out of stock.
The icing on the cake was the posted threat to call police if the door is knocked on. 🤦♂️

Why does it say they close at 1pm and they close at 12pm……Certified mail letter I paid $8 to send and it hasn’t even arrived in 18 days!!!!!! I can’t get any answers and it’s extremely important! Get some real employees who actually work and also don’t steal!!!!

I wish every postal clerk was as wonderful as Ronece! She is patient, capable, and genuinely kind in every interaction- and not to mention efficient! This location is better because of HER.

Dropped off a package for shipment on Friday, now it's Thursday of next week and the package has not even been scanned into the facility. Of course there is no calling USPS so I made it a point to get there early and see what is going on. The lady tells me that there is nothing she can do about it and to open up a case online to see what is going with the package.
I ship a lot of packages and this is the first time that a package has not been at least scanned into the facility the day of or the day after. This leaves me concerned because it is a very important package.
This is very unprofessional to say the least and now I have no idea how to locate this package.
This particular location seems very sketchy and apparently is servicing clientele well below a sub par standard.
I wouldn't bring any packages or mail here, especially if it is important and needed in a particular time frame.
What a headache!
Update: It has been more than 2 weeks since I dropped my package off at this location and the package has still not shown up. I am pretty much convinced that the worst has happened. This is my first time using this location and I never could have imagined this kind of mistreatment towards their clientele. This location needs to be investigated, quickly!!!

USPS advertises to the public consumer that a No - fee PO box will be available to the homeless (housing insecure) the firm is 1098 and available on the website for fee waived (no fee PO box. I went in person and they didn't know about this. It's falsely advertised as free if it's not free then update that information or follow the federal guidelines. USPS is a federal operated mail service for the public. It's fraudulent and unacceptable for any office to not follow the guidelines. The clerks at this office didn't know about the no fee box. Not general delivery an actual PO box with keys. This is problematic. Many in this area rent weekly hotels and it's not secure to receive mail at the hotels. Even moreso it's advertised as free so it's free!!!! If not change the rules then or provide a notice. Because it's false advertising.

There has been zero investment in this location. We have come on a Saturday only to find them closed. There was a period of time where the main door was broken. A sign was not put up outside to inform people to use the door a few feet away. I thought they were closed for 2 weeks. A lot of people did. No wonder the mail service demand is dropping.

This place does not close at 5pm. Apparently they close at 4pm, there is a typed note that says do no knock after 4pm and some other stupid stuff! You need to change your hours if you’re not open until 5pm. I pulled up at 4:35 and a girl was leaving.

I got a PO BOX here and all my mail gets returned to sender even classified mail (i.e. mail they have to sign for) They will sign for it then mark RTS and send it right on back. I signed up for informed delivery too and since they refuse to deliver my mail, it says 0. They even gave me the wrong keys to my box the first day I got it. I also heard the lady calling the Cobb County police and telling them people are stealing from the PO BOXes!?!? HOW!?!? It's the workers that are stealing! Just keep reporting them to Consumer Affairs! That's what I do.
