Paid for priority shipping of an important document. 4 days later, no tracking, no explanation. Had to pay $47 dollars at FedEx to remail the documents overnight. Oh, and of course there is just an angel of a woman who works there with the worlds greatest attitude (insert sarcasm here). No need to describe her, you'll definitely figure out the easter egg should you stop by. On the brighter side, the employee named Roneco is a pleasant woman.

I had the best experience today at the Windyhill post office. The day before we mailed something by accident and my boss asked me to retrieve it today. This lovely lady (her name starts with an R) went and dug through the mail and retrieved it for me.

Young lady who helped me mail certified mail was very helpful took only 5 minutes in and out. mainly waited because of a lot of people in line but once it was my turn it took total 1-2 minutes to do everything.Feel like this location gets a bad rap but it doesnt need to be viewed that way for all employees because some genuinely do want to assist you.

Yesterday I went into the post office with a very specific request, and Erica (from Wendy Hill) was so helpful! She went above and beyond what was required to help me. I really appreciated it.

I visited several collection boxes and 3 USPS locations to drop off a package. This location was the only one with a collection box outside and 24-hour self-service in the lobby. I found my new Post Office location, and there are superchargers nearby for Tesla owners.

This location closes early. Website says the location is open until 5 PM. Put a sign on the door says do not knock after 4 PM.

Hours say they close at 5, doors were locked at 4. Not that hard to update a google listing. Ran out to get a pen from my car since none of theirs worked, and was locked out at 3:58.

Zero stars if I could enter it. Awful. If you need to mail something, far better to just burn it rather than try to use this facility. I kick myself for trying it again, as this was my experience years ago, but it is in a convenient location for where I work. Ah well. They probably get a kick out of reading negative reviews like this - that is likely their entire motivation when the wake up in the morning. It's like in the movie "Major League", where the owner wants the baseball team to play so badly she can breach their contract and move them to another city.Good luck!

If you can avoid this USPS, visit another branch. The USPS is a wonderful service and I love it dearly. Saddens me that this one is so neglected. I’ve been fortunate enough to travel throughout the USA and on US military installations all over the globe. This is by far, the worst USPS I’ve ever dealt with. From cleanliness, the items in stock, punctual opening, being open during listed hours, unfriendly staff, and the list is longer, but I’d rather not just throw mud. I once had an associate decline to help me with a money order cancellation because “they didn’t want to move down to the next desk and computer system,” and told me to come back another time—it was only him (USPS associate) and me in the store, guess I was asking too much. I’ve witnessed customers being treated differently based on they way look (gender, ethnicity). On multiple occasions witnessed an associate use their phone in between helping guests and sometimes making a guest wait for up to a minute while they finished their messages or call. This should have been the red flag that helped me decide to use another PO, but I commute by foot and 2.5 miles round trip is a lot nicer than 5 miles round trip when you just want to drop off a package, pick up your mail, or purchase a money order….Turned in a change of address form with this PO when I signed up for a PO Box here (twice!! After a week with no email confirmation, I returned to turn in another. After three weeks of not receiving mail, I turned one in to another post office 2 miles away, and then very next day I received a confirmation my address had been updated. Disappointing on many levels, and it saddens me because everything I’m describing above doesn’t help the every day person love USPS, and eventually we’ll all lose this service. Lastly, there is a mini USPS at the Cumberland mall. Hours aren’t as long, and they do not offer all of the services (money orders, PO Boxes, a few other things), but the staff are attentive. The store is clean. Actually Mrs. Smith whom works there is probably one of the most outstanding USPS associates I’ve witnessed in action. You may encounter a longer line, but the service and experience will be well worth it.
