Don't use this location for shipping ANYTHING. They don't give out confirmation receipts so they have no way of tracking that you even dropped something off there. I called to check on my order and the person on the phone told me that all I can do is file a claim with the USPS and that they aren't responsible for it. He was very rude and showed no empathy at all. Zero stars.

I’m not sure what to think about this place but this is what I’ll say… I shipped one package via priority mail and have a receipt and a photograph of that package. Package became lost in the Postal Service and I opened up an investigation after about two months, USPS came back and called me personally and said they never received the package from the drop off point. Went to ask the attendant at the back counter and she basically said it’s not their fault and “once it leaves their hands, they have no control over it.” So take it for what it’s worth. It’s the only time that it’s ever happened to me after hundreds of USPS packages now For over 15 years at various locations. This first time was my last time.

The store itself is cute, but the post office lady will watch you pack and tape a whole box before referring you to the tattered and inconspicuous piece of paper that says they only accept cash. I have encountered her on more than one occasion, and she is consistently exceptionally rude.

The staff are friendly and patient, but not taking electronic payment is archaic in 2022. Even having a minimum amount to run a card would be fine. It isn't 1980 anymore.

This has become my absolute favorite place for shipping, postal stuff and now buying little gifts! The owners are kind, funny and straightforward. I get the cash-only thing because I understand small business. I also witnessed an endearing exchange between the owner and an older gentleman that will keep me coming back to give them business as long as I live in the area!

Ummm it’s year 2020 I don’t care how friendly you are, don’t act surprised when people walk out because you don’t take credit card! She even asked if I’m going to get cash or check and come back! I said I’m driving to the nearest real post office and never coming back!!!
