Regina gave me great customer service. I called from over 400 miles away and asked if she could track down a pkg i sent. My tracking info showed it was getting bounced around between locations due to a mistake made at my local post office and it was currently at her post office. She found it, corrected the problem, assigned a new tracking number & called me back with the new number. I doubt my package would've been delivered on time (or at all) if she hadn't acted so quickly. Thank you so much Regina!!!

USPS service has declined since they stopped sponsoring cycling.
I know there is no correlation between the two. But you know, under staffed, long hours, low pay, high cost, etc seems to be the theme for the USPS.
Employees here are working hard to serve their community.

The postal service worker was extremely rude and turned us away because we didn't have the QR code available despite already having the postal label taped to the box with the bar code.
then proceeded to not want to touch the package because it was dusty from sitting on a shelf in our warehouse.

terrible terrible terrible! i think this office plans to steal my package because it was held before it was even attempted to be delivered. This post office needs to be closed down they do not answer the phone and are no help at all! if i do not recieve my package i will be taking further action to assure this office is no longer.

I received excellent service today at the Lawrence Street post office. One of the post office workers was proactive and efficient in helping me ship my package quickly rather than having to wait additional time in line. Thank you very much!

If I could give zero stars I would. Posted office hours say they open at 8:15am. It is 8:35 and they are still not open. You can hear workers talking and they don’t respond when people knock on the door. Main post office in Marietta, Georgia. Ridiculous!

I have called for 2days to this post office, sometimes back to back
I only get a recording about how they appreciate me being valuable customer, then says transfer me to operator, only for it to ring until I get cut off.
This is not acceptable!!
If no one can answer phone, no one my package got delivered n left at wrong place.

I just had a wonderful experience at the post office I left another post office where I wouldn't even give them a one-star and I come here with low expectations but then I ran into some of the nicest Post Office customer service people that I've ran into in a long time my clerk was 81 LOL I wish I would have gotten his name he was so nice he was so sufficient very patient and helped me through my process of getting my PO box everybody at this post office especially my clerk 81 is a joy to work with he's so nice it was a wonderful experience I'm glad I picked this post office to handle my mail. To his credit he was wearing the name Badge. I also did the online survey I recommend you always do the online surveys they really help. So if you decided on the PO box or needing some postal work or postal things taken care of come to this location only I have to warn you there is a little wait but everybody loves coming here and they take very good care of you. 🥰

I had the BEST service from Jessica at this location. I needed to pick up a package that was urgent and was expected for delivery that day, but when i checked the updates at noon on the delivery date, it was still at the facility, not out for delivery. I went there hoping to pick it up and prepared to wait if they could find it. Jessica not only took my info to find the package, but called me when she found it and let me pick it up after close. BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER at a USPS location!
