I had an issue with the online tracking for a package of mine, I called this P.O. and was on the phone with a human being who solved my problem in less than 5 minutes! Can’t find that kind of service anywhere anymore

Why can’t I drop my own package off here why do I have to drive 20mins away to drop a package off this is unacceptable an need to change I wasted gas going somewhere else when they can take my package an do they jobs y’all new to restaff this whole location
