If I could give 0 stars I would. My mail was not delivered today because the mail lady by the name of “Michelle” decided to lie & say she was unable to reach my mailbox. I come to the post office to pick up my package & she was extremely rude & condescending. She does not need to work in public service.

Had a fabulous experience today with Nathan. He was patient and very informative. Made sure I shipped the most cost effectively instead of just letting me pay a crazy amount. Great guy!

This Post Office is one of the worst I have ever experienced. I have to mail important documents and packages to my parents who live an hour and a half away to receive them. Many parcels have been marked as undeliverable and returned to sender when my full address is on the mail. Time after time I have failed to receive important mail over the last two and a half years I have lived in the area serviced by this post office. I would give zero stars if I could!

All the bad reviews are true...just horrible, constant issues with getting neighbors mail, missing mail and missing packages, Opened packages etc, Get an email showing your mail to be delivered and half the time it never makes it, Don't like visiting the actual location as the fragrance/perfume smell is overwhelming.....Seems like this one and Webb Bridge location are in a battle to see who can be the worst but really this has been going on for years

Continual delivery problems.
I had two packages out for delivery on Saturday and not delivered with a note saying “at customer request.”
I never requested this.
They are trying to excuse the failure to deliver as if I wanted this.
Redelivery scheduled for Wednesday when Saturday it was out for delivery.
I am frustrated.
It’s government. What can I do?

I was helped by Kanisha about a month ago and she was a delight. Customer service at a Government Facility isn't usually the best but she made my day better, she was super helpful and I had a great experience

the manager was so lazy and inconsiderate. Instead of her going to the back to look for my package she tried to send it back to the sender which is just pure ignorance. Tamika Whatever her name is, she needs to be fired. I shouldn’t have go through all this to get my package she’s no help, she’s rude, Talking on the phone while i’m standing right in front of her.

I had a drive take my package that wasn’t even delivered by usps back to his truck. I then filed a claim and this location falsely closed that claim saying it was resolved. My 200+ dollar package was stolen. And then they falsely close claims, I tried to call them everyday multiple times a day and not once has my called been answered. My next step is to report this offfice and the driver to the authorities. This entire location and everyone working there needs to be investigated.

This location is amazing! Everybody is very helpful and kind. I've called 3 times over the years, and someone is always able to help me. I trust the people who work here, and I'm glad my location is on top of it. I've heard some horror stories of other locations!
