Purchased my 2011 Honda Pilot from V & V Auto Center over a year ago for a very affordable and extremely fair price as is with no warranty. Since I have had this vehicle, I have had never had to worry about having any major car problems or deal with the stress of coming up with the hundreds or thousands of dollars one may need to repair a vehicle in an emergency. The owner Lu and her husband Jack are very knowledgeable in the car industry and more than gracious in fair in all that they do.
There have been numerous times when I haven’t had the full payment to make towards repairs and they would work with me to ensure we both are satisfied without any negativity whereas at a typical dealership you must make full payment to ensure you get your vehicle back.
Maria, the gem behind the office desk but so much more than a secretary is also very knowledgeable in the car field and with this trio and their team of mechanics, I have not hit a misstep. I’m almost done paying off my first vehicle from them and I can’t wait to purchase my next one from them. They are absolutely one of the best I’ve ever been to or known and I’ve owned a lot of cars!! To anyone looking for a vehicle I strongly encourage you to check them out!!! They are legit!💯💯💯💪🏿💪🏿💪🏿

Being a United States Marine Corps veteran, I seek the services of businesses that historically honor those who served in the military. For me, V&V Auto Center Inc. in Marietta, GA is a great example!
After weeks of searching for a reliable and affordable used vehicle, a close friend found what would become my dream car at V&V Auto Center Inc. in Marietta, GA.
Upon my late arrival, I was greeted by the very knowledgeable and delightful owner, Lu. Patiently, she listened to my needs and my concerns, recommended the vehicle best suited for me, and then handed over the keys for my test drive. By the time I returned to the dealership, I had fallen in love with the vehicle and purchased it immediately.
From the time of purchase in 2022 to the present time, it has been a pleasure to contact them with questions, concerns, or comments because their goal is always satisfied customers! I highly recommend the team at V&V Auto Center, especially if you're a veteran or serving in the military.

So I’m only giving a five star review due to Ms. Lou my situation is a lil different my credit sucks but my money is right she tried all she could but due to customers in the past that has created a burden bridge people like myself will never be able to use a company like this I do unders Business is business but not all people suck at making sure business gets taken care of. I was really very happy to be in the Honda accord but it only takes that one bad person to spoil it for us all and that partner of hers I’m gone just keep my comments to myself because they actually had a great buy here.

Amazingly helpful and friendly people. If they can help you get a car, they will. And if they can't help you, they will give you honest answers about your situation. They have been very ethical and above-board during the whole process with me. While I was sitting with them, they had repeat customers come in to get another car- that's how trusted they are by their customers.

If you're looking to buy car do not go here. They sold me a lemon within 30 days. terrible customer service. Owner is rude you can't even speak and say what's wrong with the car without being cutting off and disrespected. This place shouldn't exist. terrible prices Terrible cars. And that's coming from 100 percent combat wounded veteran. ALL MY FELLOW SOLDIERS AND FAMILY MEMBER'S STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. THE WORST CAR DEALER EVER!

Drove 4 hours round trip to be told the miles listed aren't what the Carfax said. Advertised at 137k miles but had 305k. Was told that's what they bought it as and knew, saw the Carfax, but still listed how they were sold the vehicle. I wouldn't believe anything they say. Car was priced fair for what it was but still wasted my time and false advertised.

Let me tell you i purchased a Nissan Maxima from this dealership and these are the most honest most caring people i have EVER had the pleasure of purchasing a car from. Lu and Jacques are a blessing to me and my family. They are truly doing Gods work out here in 2022. I paid off my car in 2 and a half years and Lu has worked with me through it all. Anytime i needed a repair Jacques her husband has done the repair at a fraction of the cost other mechanics tried to charge me. They have made ny car purchasing experience a dream. I have just paid off my car and they still are here. Thank you from the bottom of my heart Lu and Jacques. Thank you❤️
