Von has been immensely helpful whenever we've been in the store. He's attentive to everyone even when there are a lot of customers. He worked with us to get us the best deal he could without pushing anything we didn't want, and I watched him with other customers leaving no stone unturned to make sure they were getting whatever they needed so they left happy.
Update 2025-07-02: we did some additional business today with Ve today who was great as well. Thanks!

There was only one person working. He appeared to be getting instructions from on the phone to help a customer. People kept coming in the store just to wait.

WOW!
I was able to experience the Verizon home internet and I was very impressed, so I went online and I was approved.
My correct shipping address wasn't pulling up correctly so I decided to opt in for the in-store pick-up.
I arrived at my designated store where my order was ready and waiting where I met CSR, DEVIN. Devin was prompt and followed all the processes of billing my zero sale. For some reason, online orders do not link up with in-store pick-ups. This option will not allow you to bill out. Devin, attempted several more times and it was a no-go. He called a manager who directed him to call the helpdesk. (This is another review later) The help agent informed me that we were going to have to cancel my order, which will take 4-5 days, then I could re-order with same email. or Cancel my order and order my internet with another Gmail address. (???) There was definitely a language barrier there. I was so frustrated, but NOT Devin. He was like, you and your son, are going home with this internet, today.
Then I saw a lightbulb pop on above his head, literally. He called another manager from another store, who I do believe was at home, that was more than willing to help Devin. WE DID PUT HIM ON SPEAKER, (giggles). (This is for US, not for you google review). I didn't get his name, but he logged on from home handled the business and we were able to get out of there since by now the store is closed and we are were hungry and ready to go. Devin, thank you. You kept it fun and you were empathetic to our needs and concerns. You were very personable and we totally matched energies. I appreciate your efforts and willingness to make sure my little boy was able to have his internet. Thank you and your speaker phone manager for all of your help. You da' best Shuggah!

When I realized this location was an authorized dealer and not an actual Verizon store, I almost walked out before upgrading my phone. In the end, I wish I would have. I received amazing service from V and Michaela! They were helpful and had pleasant, professional demeanors. Their service deserves 5 stars. The problem: I bought over $100 in accessories I didn’t need (now that iPhone uses c-ports), so I attempted to return them. I wasn’t thrilled with the return policy and how the store chose to process the return with a “special” discount I’d received, but whatever. While their return policy didn’t make sense to me, I could get over it because V and Michaela had been sooo nice. Unfortunately, though, there was another person helping V with my return and she was not pleasant or professional at all. She decided to ask questions about my visit as if I wasn’t standing two feet away from her. When I attempted to answer her questions directly, she told me she wasn’t talking to me. She went on to say she “didn’t have any secrets” when I commented that she was talking as if I wasn’t standing there listening. It was such a night and day experience from my prior visits with V and Michaela. I’d previously shared with V my hesitation to conduct business at an authorized dealer and told him this was why. Never would a Verizon employee act this way. The lady then brags about how this location’s reviews were better than the Verizon stores’ reviews. I told her how I’d selected the location based on the reviews (not knowing it was an authorized dealer) but that I’d be sure to write my own. I’ve been with Verizon for many years and my only other bad experience was at a different authorized dealer. Never again! I have to wonder if this location’s Google reviews are padded because there’s no way her service is included in any positive postings. If you absolutely must visit this location, be sure to ask for V or Michaela and avoid the blonde lady if at all possible. We spend too much money on phones, cell service, accessories and everything else to be subjected to such poor customer service.
