Don’t bother trying to shop or buy a phone or get any kind of help from this store. We went in a couple of months ago for my husband and we were COMPLETELY ignored. After waiting 15 minutes for someone to even acknowledge us, we left. Today, we walked into a completely EMPTY store at 5:15pm and was told they are “by appointment only” because they close at 6:00 and “it could take longer than an hour”. There was not another person in the store. So, we turned around and left this store empty handed again. We will never return to this store.

Listen to the other reviews and just don't bother coming here if you need help of any kind. Wasted 45 min in the store just for them to tell me that they can't help. Saw 3-4 people leave the store without being helped when I was there too.

Do not do business with this store specially if you are looking for Internet. The worst service I ever experienced. I received a WiFi unit and had a trial period of 30 days. Within 10 days tried to return the unit back to the store. The employees would not take it back unless I agreed to pay $50 restocking fee. This was never mentioned before. I was already charged $25 tax which I was told will be refunded when the item is returned. When I objected, they said the manger can take care of my transaction and he won’t be back for three days. On top of all this I have received a bill for $103 as well. Verizon appears to be struggling because they can’t complete with TMobile. Please save yourself time and trouble and don’t shop Verizon.

Very, very poor service. Don't waste your time, you're better off doing business online. Every employee I interacted seemed like they were half asleep.

Came in to pick up a case, started talking to one of the representatives and got a good deal on a new iPad. The employees here actually make the whole process enjoyable

If you're buying a new device, phone, home internet or anything, just call the customer service and make sure what they offer as promotions in this store actually exists at Verizon. They said we will get account credit for phones and gift cards for WiFi and we never received. Choose a different branch and check every details online.

Sunday afternoon appointment made. Arrived 10 min early and was Next in line on the app waited 40 min however the staff took 2 walk In customers before us.
What is the f’in point of making an appointment I ask you?

The first manager was extremely helpful getting my phone number moved over, then she had to change shifts and told the new manager that I was in need of help and had been there before everyone else and was next up, they just had to get the number swapped first. I wait there for an hour then that new manager pops an attitude when I was leaving after watching then continue to help new customers and not me for an hour, I was an extremely quick sale and she let it go

We were in there for 2 hours. Swapped phone plans were waiting to buy a phone. Three employees were on their phone the whole time (one was a manager). One of the employees kept running in and out talking to random people in the parking lot. I am a manager of a store this is completely unprofessional.

What do they even pay these people for? I've been in this store 3 times in the past 3 weeks all because of account issues after adding a new line. Every. Single. Time. "I can't help you; you need to call customer service." Who trains these people? Call me old fashioned, but I'd like to be able to solve my issues with a person VS an 1800 help line.
This store is useless, and I would avoid going in, waiting in line and being serviced by smug, lazy people. They have obviously not been trained properly and cannot solve any basic issues and are unwilling to assist. If they do provide any assistance, it is not with a smile, and they talk down to you as if you are a problem for them, when their job is literally customer service.
They deactivated our brand-new line a day after adding it. Then they charged extra activation fees and $1000 buyout charge for reinstating the line. None of which we agreed to or asked for. All we wanted was the line to be added and move on with our lives. When I got ahold of customer service line the last time, they were actually competent and solved my issues within 15 minutes. The previous times before this added to over 3 hours of my issues not being resolved. Again, the last agent was actually helpful, but the reps at this store are USELESS!

I am trying to use my warranty to replace my cracked belkin screen protector that I bought through Verizon. Belkin is requesting the purchase date. The information was not on verizons app for me to find. I called Verizon to get my purchase date, was on the phone for 30 minutes with Customer Service who who couldn't find something that simple, and then I was on the phone for another 15 minutes waiting on a supervisor before I had to hang up. Something that should've been so simple, and Verizon customer service cannot perform. I've been thinking of switching to T-Mobile, and the time is now. I don't have the time for this.
