This place is operating under shady and predatory business practices, I had an approval from a preferred lender they sent me to finalize the paperwork with their finance manager who said I did not have an approval and wanted to set me up with one of their predatory lenders at a higher interest rate and an additional 1000.00 for a bank fee outside of the charged interest rate ... I called my lender and was told I was indeed approved but the dealer never sent over the purchase agreement and it was conditional on the purchase... when I called their manager on it he said he would call me back after speaking with their finance person and never returned my call... I'm going to review my credit report in a few days in if my credit was ran multiple times with various creditors I'm going to report them to the Better Business Bureau as well as the Credit Financial Bureau... be extremely careful with these ppl when doing business with them... They are not VIP Kars of years ago which has me wondering if they were brought out or under new management.

I don't even know where to start...from beginning to end... best car shopping experience ever! Great selection, great quality, and the honesty and integrity of Alicia Wood is unparallel. Literally, ZERO pressure at this dealership! She is a straight shooter...ask her a question, she'll give you an answer. She not only showed us the Carfax, but went through it with us page by page, line by line. She didn't even mind that we brought our own mechanic! Thank you as well to Mr. Khan, the Finance Manager. He was equally as easy to deaI with. It was an absolute pleasure doing business with you both! Without a doubt, I would recommend VIPKars to friends and family.

I WOULDN’T TAKE A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP FOR FREE!! PLEASE USE THIS AS YOUR SOGN TO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!! On Sunday afternoon, me and Fiancé went and took a look at some of the cars offered at VIP Kars. The first couple we looked at included a 2015 Ford Fusion that was missing its overhead console, and a 2013 Honda Accord. We overall liked the Honda Accord and wanted to move forward with it. We were told by the sales person that we would need to run our numbers and credit before going to get the car inspected since it was later in the day. Okay fine. We fill out the forms and get sent over to the Finance managers office. We wait for about 20 minutes for him to get back and get introduced to Mr. Rehan Khan. Mr. Khan take about 15 minutes to give us our numbers, however, when my Fiancé attempted to negotiate the price on this Accord Mr. Khan got extremely rude and frustrated at us for even wanting to negotiate. My fiancé left his office crying because of how rude he was. Needless to say, now we wouldn’t even take a car from this dealership if it was given to us for free.

🚨 Warning: Do NOT buy a car from [Vip Kars]! 🚨
They told me the car had no issues, no damage, no accidents. But after I bought it, the bank gave me the real information:
🔴 The car came from Florida
🔴 It had an accident
🔴 It had damage
🔴 They never showed me any reports or told me the truth
When I found out, I told them I wanted to return the car.
They said that’s not possible and completely refused to accept the return — even though the car was misrepresented.
I called the bank, and they told me I can return the car anytime.
Because I was out of town, I brought the car back 4 days later, and they charged me 1,450$. I didn't drive the car because I was out of town!!!!!
This is not a fair deal at all. They lied, hid important information, and then punished me for trying to fix their mistake.
📢 I’m telling everyone: DO NOT buy a car from this place.
They are dishonest, they didn’t disclose the car was damaged, and they hid the report from me.
⚠️ Please stay away. Don’t let this happen to you !!!!

Best purchase I’ve made. Went to Drive Time in Columbus, Ga. Bad idea. The Black salesman treated me like crap. Said he couldn’t come outside to show me the car I was looking to buy. I went to VIP Kars, no problem. Purchased the car and drove home.

They lie to me saying no one would finance me and after I leave I did the finance on there app and I got accepted and they lie say that my finances company they don't deal with nothing but lie and my son got seizures so I really need a car bad and I come in with over $18,000 on me smdh

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE EVER!!!
I recently bought a car from here and have had a major break down with my car. I have yet to be able to put the car in my name. Took the car to pep boys and have now found out that the car has a blown head gasket and needs a new engine all before first oil change car has less than 20,000 miles on to date. I had to have the car sent to a certified repair center, after getting it re-inspected I was told it will cost over $9,000(75% of the purchase price) to have it fixed. This company will lie and cheat you out of money. No car here has a factory warranty.

2020 kia optima. i’ve had my car since march 2024. no major issues at all. just oil changes. i had to replace an interior dome light and get a new cabin air filter. i take care of my car though and don’t drive so much like most people do.
car came with a 2 year warranty, so im not sure how/why some people are coming out of pocket for repairs, that really sucks. i gave it 4 stars because its not perfect but its a great car and they were honest with me.
however, never financing a car again, only leasing!

I wanted to try this place so bad because it's in my neighborhood but the reviews and lack of accountability on the owners part when responding to the complaints turned me completely off. This is coming from a potential client. Please do better and be honest.

Be very careful with VIP Kars. I bought a used car from them (2014 Hyundai Accent) and discovered serious undisclosed issues: broken wheel stud, mismatched tires, alarm system not working, dashboard lights on, fluid overfill, and a replaced door. When I tried to resolve the situation politely, they refused to take responsibility. They showed no concern at all for the dangerous problems I was facing with the car they sold me. I do not recommend doing business with this dealership.

I purchased this car back in 2017. This 70k mile Honda Accord V6 was the biggest POS that I have ever purchased. After 120k, the motor had to be rebuilt. After 130k, the alternator and battery died. At that same time the vehicle speed sensor went bad. I paid 11k for the car and I’ve spent almost that much to keep it on the road. VIP Kars sells lemons. I refuse to even ride past the place, located in the heart of Marietta. No more VIP Kars for me. I’ve learned a valuable lesson. (April 2025)Since posting this review, the car had several big ticket issues that required attention to keep it on the road. The final straw was when the a/c compressor went out during last summer (95 degrees). Me and my son traded this garbage car for a truck. Someone is most assured stuck with a VIP Kars junker. How can I give VIP Kars a -star?

I'm not sure where all the good reviews came from. Within 3 days of owning the car, it developed a radiator leak. Management doesn't care. It's truly shameful how they do business. EDIT: A couple of months in, I've spent 2k on repairs for this car. Avoid these guys.
