You are better off going further to any pharmacy that seeks to provide care. I have been placed on hold for over 15min. I have been hung up on after a long hold. I have had them complain about me finding my pregnant wife’s insurance information because they were set to close in 20 minutes. I understand they are busy, that is no excuse to be rude or provide a subpar level of care.

They are terribly slow. You might as well download a movie because you will be waiting in line for awhile. They are not well organized and don't have anything ready when expected

Pharmacy staff have been consistently rude since the pandemic. I understand being short staffed, everyone is these days including my company but that doesn't make it acceptable to be flat out unhelpful and rude. The other day I waited on hold two different times for 20 and 30 minutes before I was hung up on (they picked up the receiver, I could hear background conversation, and the the line went dead). Immediately taking my scripts and business to a competitor.

Sat on hold for over an hour because the pharmacy is supposed to be open today. Called the store front to find out they’re closed. They could at LEAST have an away message if they’re closed on a day they’re supposed to be open.Also, my Rx is written for 90 day fills and they only fill 30.

They would not answer phone, corporate thought phone was out of order, said I could get walker wheels through drive thru window,...got there & they refused! Went inside, asked to pay part on each card to not be overdrawn, they messed that up too! They used to be about customer service,....now it seems they just don't care. :-(

This particular store location is my choice as my primary pharmacy therefore, I am giving acknowledgment specifically for Pharmacist (Dana) and Pharmacy Tech (Ernest) because they have always given ?% to their customers and I have never received or witnessed anything less. Dana and Ernest, without question both have shown professionalism; patience; concern; respect and commitment regardless of who they are assisting, and they've each presented this type of service consistently. You both deserve a 5-⭐ I must also commend the entire Pharmacy Staff at this specific location because they each definitely represent the Walgreens Company the way they would expect, and this is the type of good service that will keep customers returning. I am also giving a thank you shout-out to (Julie) who is mainly associated with the store only, (Julie) is very knowledgeable and will help any customers that need her assistance, she's always very pleasant and cheerful which gives a customer a pleasant shopping experience, and she is definitely an asset to all customers when called upon. Thank you Dana; Ernest and Julie, and this recognition is primarily for these individuals, with respect to the entire crew at this location therefore, KUDOS to all. You are an asset to the surrounding community and you deserve this acknowledgment ??

Highly uninformative. Stood at the photo center for about 15 minutes with nobody behind the counter and the call button was completely missing. Nobody came over, several other staff members walked by without batting an eye until I asked the cashier by the door who told me the staff at the photo center were on lunch break. Would have been nice to know either by a sign or staff saying something before having to ask and wait a while. I come in later and ask if the staff are back since the photo center was still empty and the lights were off in the area despite the website staying they were open. The cashier just looked at me blankly for a minute like I was crazy and then said the photo staff were always in. Okay... Just odd people skills...

I used to have great customer service at this Walgreens pharmacy. I get all my elderly Mother's prescriptions filled here for the past 6 years. This morning however, was completely rude by pharmacist Dr. Charles and assistant (don't know his name). I went to get Mother's medicine and was told I'd have to wait an hour because they were giving COVID shots. I said okay, not a problem. I sat down and waited. One person showed up and was taken care of in just a few minutes. The lady even commented to me how fast that was. I continue to wait for Mom's prescription. It's just one to be refilled. 20 minutes go by and a second person showed up for a COVID shot. 40 minutes and only two people. So I get up and go to the counter, I didn't even get to say a word before the assistant hands me Mom's prescription. They had it ready and knew I was sitting there waiting but never called me up. I was furious and let them know it. I will find out who the assistant is and will be contacting upper management.

The "so" called manager Julie was berating a young black employee the entire time I was in line waiting to checkout, he actually seemed to be doing a good job but Julie was constantly speaking to him as if he didn't understand or wasn't doing a good job -almost like she had a prejudice. When I got to the cash register to pay for my order she NEVER looked at me, and proceeded to ring everything up looking at the employee speaking to him aggressively.. she then began to try to chastise him about not understanding what was being said on a incoming phone call.. and simulataneously slapped my hand into my receipt.. Still never looking up once at my face .. It was disrespectful and like I wasn't even there.. except I was bc she put the receipt in my hand. So at this point I'm appalled at the level of sheer and utter disrespect and disregard for my presence as a paying customer, and I said "Thank you" she continued to keep her head turned so I said again, "I said Thank You! Louder to see if she would acknowledge my presence, finally she looked up.. and still refused to open her mouth to respond verbally or show common courtesy- let alone human decency even.. Horrible customer service by someone who is supposed to be in management?? And she is allowed to train new younger employees??? Bad business Walgreens bc from what I saw in terms of customer service the young employee could've trained her on the basic social skills that she is lacking in order to effectively provide customer service. I won't be back. Don't shop here unless you want to see racism, and prejudice at work!

The store staff is always pleasant and helpful. And the shopping experience has always been good. But I cannot say the same for the pharmacy. The pharmacy SUPPORT STAFF IS VERY POORLY INFORMED! .There is continuous confusion between what dates of refill and inconsistent store policy. I have been told numerous times to return for refills etc., only to find I must come back yet again for a different date! It is not at all uncommon for our family to have to return 3+ times for a single prescription. All of this frustration could be avoided if support staff would carefully read the computer notes the first time!! When I finally brought this up with management so as to not have to continuously run in circles, I was met with a very condesending, aggressive and totally unhelpful response! Sad, as I have used this location for years with great quality support and a pleasant helpful staff. I am currently searching for a new pharmacy....
