I came in with severe knee pain too but a knee brace and i could hardly walk. So I sat down next to photo area. And Miss Diane was so nice and caring hand helpful she even went to get me a buggy to use as a walker. She showed me so much concern. I just wanted to get some notice of how much she meant to me.

They are so close to my house and will be the preferred pharmacy on my Medicare plan next year when I enroll, so I'm trying to deal with them. But, I either have issues of being double-charged, then having to wait on a refund, or the "same day" delivery takes many days. Then, the ONLY way to contact the pharmacy is to go through their AI bot that is almost as bad as the Xfinity bot that tries to block you from talking to a human. "Pharmacy tech" is not one of the options. I had to wait 20 minutes to talk to a pharmacist yesterday to confirm that yes, I signed up for delivery and I want delivery. Today comes, and STILL no delivery! It's driving me crazy! I share a car with my son and I'm retired, so I often don't have a car to pick up prescriptions. If they offer delivery the same day (or maybe the next day) they need to honor it. Asking for shipping by Fedex is supposed to take 2 business days, but it's more like 5-7, so I thought I'd do the same day delivery, delivered by Door Dash. Going on 3 days now. I hope I get it before I run out of my meds.

Stopped yesterday to return previously purchased items. Was told they couldn't do a return because the purchase was over 14 days even though corporate return policy is 30 days. She then told me I could take the items back to the location I purchased them at & they , perhaps, would accept the return.

This Walgreens pharmacy used to be good and responsive. This has not been the case since the Covid pandemic. While other businesses have eco weed they are still constantly understaffed. They have issues filling my prescriptions on a very regular basis and the pharmacist I have spoken with is generally rude. I've been using this Walgreens for 5 years and it has been the last 3 that they have fallen apart and I will likely move my prescriptions elsewhere as the 15 minute hold time today is ridiculous.

Here for vaccines. A slow experience as it has been in the past. It's a generalization but the employees certainly seem to treat their time as more important than their customers' time.

I went to this location to get two of my civic shots there a little slow but over all good service not enough if chairs to sit in while you wait but the workers are very nice the shot didn't hurt at all I didn't even feel the stick I was pretty well happy about the service I got but guys and girls vat walgreens bring in more chairs so people will have more room tonsit and I think there be more people coming in for a civic shot!

The prices for prescriptions at Walgreens are always higher than other pharmacies. If you are looking to pay more this is the place to be.

I was looking to pick up my pictures that i ordered from online and it took FOREVER. Online it said that my order would be ready at 8:31 so i got their around 8:40 and i went to the picture station. I said the name of my order and the man said that I should wait 7 minutes and he went to print out my pictures. At this point I was mad like I should not come here and have to wait for my pictures that should've been ready about nine minutes ago. I just decided that I should calm down and that i shouldn't rage or get mad at anybody so I roamed around the store for some time. Around 8:47 I came back and their was no one. I stood around in the area for a little while, and then decided to sit in the kiosk stand. I had waited over 25 minutes since that 8:47 before another man came to help me. I told the man that the guy that was there before said that my pictures would be ready in 9 min and he said that I should've yelled at them as if I was some ghetto monkey. I was annoyed at this point and I was fighting the urge to slap the man, but I decided that it would be much easier to get the pictures and just leave. After 40 min at 9:15 I got the pictures.

I used the FedEx service and they lost my box at the Walgreens... nobody bothered to put a label on it while I was there they said they were too busy but would do it later. That ended up costing me $130, because my return to Walmart never made it. I would definitely not use the FedEx service at this location.

They are trying to do to much with not enough staff. Waited in line inside and drive through for 30 minutes because they are doing Covar testing and Covid vaccinations. They don't have enough staff for all of this

PLEEEEEASE SAVE YOURSELF THE ENERGY AND GO ELSEWHERE FOR SCRIPTS! Been using this pharmacy every couple of weeks for over a year now and there are CONSTANT ISSUES. Scripts are never filled on time ....Always Out Of Stock ....But the worst is that their ALWAYS INCREASING SCRIPT COSTS to patients when NONE of the other Walgreens do.... or have the same issues. It's totally absurd and crazy. In addition to, customer service can never give good reasons 'WHY'. But often after hours of research w the info they provide as the culprit, ends up NOT being the situation. This happens ALL the time. If you want a part-time job by having your scripts filled at this particular Walgreens then go for it! They'll provide you plenty of extra leg work.... only for you to return back to where you started -- Misleading the customers due to a lack of expertise and customer service. Trust me when I say all of this. I have sooooo much experience in these kinds of situations and scenarios with them. And now my poor dad, as well today. Really over it!!!

The pharmacy has terrible customer service. This is the 4th time I have been here and every time. Attitude form the employees and the pharmacist was rude every time. Not only to me but customers that were in line before us. I asked for my prescriptions back going to another Walgreens now.

Only getting 2 stars because the prescription was filled quickly on a Sunday. Pharmacist was neither pleasant nor unpleasant, just clearly busy but at least stopped to address me as I arrived at the register. New to the area and certainly not looking to stop in here again. Cashier at the pharmacy wasn't pleasant but not rude- front end cashier however, as personable as stepping on a LEGO. Can actually say this pharmacy is less than 5 minutes from my home and I'll be sure to drive 20 minutes out of my way to avoid using it. No one is forcing you to work here, I'm not even asking for a hello or how is your day- but for goodness sakes, literally slamming the products into a bag with your disdain for life was more than unnecessary. Skip it, spend more elsewhere- you'll be glad you did.
