Absolutely the WORST pharmacy I've ever encountered. The employees are RUDE. No one knows what they are doing. It's like a free for all. I've been waiting 4 days for a medication. They had me drive all the way over to a specialty pharmacy for them to say they had no idea what I was talking about no order there either. The pharmacist AGAIN told me he's ordering it, and MAYBE I can get it Monday. I have an open wound in need of care from surgery. Probably will have to be put on IV antibiotics now. Maybe Walgreens would like to cover my costs for that. SMH. Ridiculous. Run from this place.

I have called in a prescription twice and arrived both times well after the pickup time that I was given. Both times, the prescription was not ready. I then started calling in my prescription days in advance. I have had an occurrence of calling in two prescriptions and only one being in the bag when I got home. Wait Time: The typical wait time if you did not call in can be up to 40 minutes or more. The last time I was there, I walked up to the counter and the worker continued to press buttons on the cash register. To pass the time I counted to 167 before I was acknowledged. I feel like the Pharmacists are very slow at this location and the techs do not represent Walgreens in a professional manner, at least the ones that were working when I was there. I have been going there for over 5 years and only during one occasion an attendant greeted with a "Hello, how are you doing?" My wife has changed us to use Publix which is across the street, and we now get prescriptions in 15 minutes with no mixups. They treat us like they are there for us, instead of it being a privilege to be helped by them.

Worst pharmacy Ive been to. Chris, one of the pharmacists is incredibly rude.Got there right at 9 to pick up medicine for my son who was with me. He shut the gate and laughed at us behind it. Closing down is one thing but laughing at a sick kid, who does that?Would avoid at all costs.

This pharmacy and staff is one of the worst I’ve dealt with. I completely understand being understaffed and that delays happen as a result. However, the rudeness and complete lack of empathy is unacceptable.

There is 0 customer service at all the Walgreens nowadays. Complete lack of communication, follow up or knowledge. Get the runaround on everything. I can't figure out how I have been paying $25 for 90 days supply of one of my meds since I hit my deductible and now, all of a sudden it is over $300. No one can answer questions, including the actual pharmacists. The drug manufacturer has some sort of deal with Walgreens so this is the only pharmacy I can get 90 days and only pharmacy I get all the discounts at, but that seems to have changed and no one can give me an explanation as to why, they keep asking me ..... SMDH.

I went to the drive thru at the Roswell Rd East Piedmont location to pick up my wife's medication as we usually do. The individual at the window made it a point to tell me that we have 10 days to pick up prescriptions and that they were about to delete my wife's prescription today. I explained to the young man that my wife had been in the hospital icu for the last 9 days and that picking up prescriptions or any other items were not a priority considering our circumstances. He responded that I should have made a courtesy call to let them know we wouldn't be picking them up. I again explained as nice as I could that calling anyone other than who was necessary was not a consideration when my wife is in the hospital for something as serious as she was. I suppose he was upset that we did not pick up our prescriptions as promptly as he would like, made a snide comment to someone else in the pharmacy that i could not make out, then threw the prescription into the window tray where it almost fell off, and onto the ground. Rather that make a scene and behave as ignorantly as this young man, I picked up my items and drove away. Had this young man found himself in the same situation as mine, I have no doubt he would have felt the same way as I and based upon his lack of self control, and would have acted out in anger. I never complain or write bad reviews but I cannot let this instance go and walgreens corporate will also be notified of this sorry excuse of an employee and his lack of empathy and professionalism.

The pharmacy was quite good in efficiency several years ago. Since 2021, the service has been horrible. It’s not uncommon to see long lines inside and at the drive through window. The staff acts as though they don’t care. Who knows. Maybe they don’t.If I could give a zero stars score, I would.

Went for an ear wax removal which I have had done at this location years ago. The nurse practitioner with short blonde hair told me it wasn't a service they do but I could tell her I'm having pain to be seen. I first said i do not have pain and she continued on until I said sure it's irritated. She then proceeds to take my blood pressure, temperature, and looked at my throat and asked multiple times if I felt ok. I am 36 weeks pregnant and go to see a doctor ever other week and have never had anything come back perfect! She then looks in my ear claims nothing is wrong maybe a little bit of fluid after I told her I tried to do a rinse at home myself. Proceeds to say there is nothing she can do, asked ME if she can prescribe something at this stage of my pregnancy as if I am a medical professional! Then prescribes ear drops that she said could sometimes cost $200... again having no pain and have had this happen a few times in the past and just needed a wash out! Then as she is finishing whatever she was doing in the computer she small talks and asks my vaccination status and then practically harasses me for not getting vaccinated while pregnant! All sorts of judgement about my decision and that my ob and pediatrician haven't pushed for it! I left paying $111 in tears, still not being able to hear out of one ear! This lady is an absolute joke and only made up something to have me be seen and pay!

Don't waste your money with the Walgreens photo department for any type of holiday cards. Because of an issue that they experienced with their printers, the holiday cards that I ordered are not ready and won't be ready until earliest a week after their estimated date. That puts us behind on sending our cards by a week during the holiday season. When I asked about a partial refund to the store manager, it was very apparent she was less interested in actually listening and providing quality customer care, and more interested in covering Walgreens. There are so many other companies I can go to next year for holiday cards and I will. When I mentioned this to the manager, instead of thinking like an actual business owner and trying to keep a new customer, she seemed just fine. I don't know how Walgreens corporate actually allows such bad quality customer service.

I call Walgreens to refill my prescription, first they said some specific date, I could get my medicine, day after that I went inside the Farmaci and one girl not to friendly told me I have to look for my medication another day.I said I'll pay of my pocket because I can't wait till the day she told me, and I called her many times for help me with that (I talk about my Warfarin, medication then I can't be off for a day, and I was off for more then a week.). And she pretended I'm not there, completely ignored me.But, a angel called Sophie, she came to me and super sweet help me with all my needs.Sophie, she is the BEST. Walgreens should take her as example and training they people to work better, because if you work in a place in contact with people all day, they at list should be kind and respectful.Congratulations Sophie you are so inspiring to others

Been a customer here for years. Service has gone down hill, they say it’s because they are understaffed - i get it, i truly do - but it shouldn’t take 4-5 days to fill a prescription, nor should they run out of a medication that you have been refilling there for YEARS.They also probably shouldn’t say to a customer “oh that medication arrived on the truck today, but I don’t think we will get to it today.” I have been without my medication since Friday.

Poor customer service this morning. I called to get medication for a couple days because I am traveling and forgot my meds. They provided inconsistent information. The pharmacist said Rite Aid is connected to Walgreens. I called again and a staff member, identifying as Carolina, said they are not connected and I gave my personal information to her. She said she needed to call my Rite Aid pharmacy, so I gave her their number. She called back and said they wouldn’t pick up. I called my pharmacy and spoke with someone and they said Walgreen’s needed to call them. I called Walgreen’s back and spoke with a male staff member. He said Rite Aid needed to call Walgreens. I’m experiencing withdrawal symptoms now because I haven’t taken my medications. I am working now with another pharmacy that is actually competent.

We have been customers of this location for many years but after today due to how unprofessional Pharmacy Mgr Angelique T. and Pharmacist Dee P. behaved we will no longer go there until hopefully they are no longer at this location. Went there for a scheduled appointment for covid booster vaccination and as many know there’s a Drop/Pick Up window and a Consultation window. Went to Drop/Pick Up because that is where we were told to go for past vaccination. However, Pharmacist Dee was talking to other vaccination customers at Consult window. When she wasn’t with customer, we asked if we should go to that window as we were waiting in Drop/Pick Up for several minutes with no one acknowledging us. She rudely said to stay where we are as they have a process. She did not seem interested in helping us at all. We then were approached by Technician Sophie P. who thankfully was professional in her behavior. Got checked in and waited. About 15 minutes later saw no one was waiting for a vaccine and my daughter’s paperwork was the only one visible on counter so I asked to be sure if she was next in line. She was confirmed to be next in line and only one waiting but no one would tell me if she was going to be seen soon. Waited another 15 minutes and asked if the person who is administering the shot is there and will be ready soon. First told Angelique was going to do the shot and preparing it. Then Angelique said Dee was going to and said rudely to go to the door and wait. Basically at this point it was clear Pharmacy Mgr Angelique and Pharmacist Dee did not want to be professional and Mgr Angelique tried to say my asking was harassment and I had to correct her that it is not harassment to simply ask if my daughter is going to be seen soon. The frustration started to kick in why we made an effort to make an appointment and well after 30 minutes of waiting and no one in front of her appointment why they couldn’t at least be professional in their behavior and give some reassurance that she would be helped soon. We continued to wait at the door for vaccines and were surprised and thankful when Technician Sophie opened it. Surprised as we were told Angelique and then Dee was supposed to but thankful it was Sophie because she was the only one who communicated professionally. It seems clear Pharmacy Mgr Angelique does not lead by example as she was seen not helping any customers but was barely visible in back far corner. There was a line of customers at drop/pick up window and drive thru and poor Sophie was the one who seemed to be working the hardest, most efficiently, and most professional. This pharmacy used to have professional friendly caring staff. We'll be going to Publix Pharmacy until hopefully positive changes are made.

Good luck trying to reach them by phone! Called three times, was on hold for ten minutes, got kicked off at one point. Still trying.
