After the experience I had today I was just curious to see what the reviews were for this WALGREENS. now I’m trying to figure out how this place is still in business?
This place definitely lives up to its 2.2 rating. Should be less.

Sean and the team here did a great job at efficiently helping me print some documents and get billed out. The team was kind and attentive my entire time in the store.

Five Stars for this particular Walgreens. It has consistently had hard to find prescriptions in stock. High 5 to the pharmacy.

Coming here with high temperature and being positive in flu A and having these two ladies being so rude saying I need to wait 30 minutes to get my medication because is lunch time and they need to go is awful. I understand they need to eat but can any of them make a 5 minute effort when I can not even drive because of how ai feel?? Also they are so rude!!!! What a world will pick up a different pharmacy.

Roslyn in the photo dept is an angel! She also fulfilled our order crazy fast. She sets a high bar for amazing service and kindness, Walgreens! The world needs more like her. She treated the people in front of me so precious and then she did the same for me. 🙌

After 3 weeks of trying to refill my adderall prescription, called to try once again today. I made sure to ask MULTIPLE times to verify during the phone call that they did have my dose in stock. The person on the phone numerous times told me yes they did have it in stock finally. They even changed the status of the prescription to in progress. I was assured my prescription would be ready by the end of the day. I never got a call that it was ready and when I checked after the pharmacy had closed, the order had been canceled ONCE AGAIN. Canceling the prescription on the pharmacy’s end doesn’t notify you. There is no excuse for canceling this. If you don’t have it in stock you should not lie to your customers that have been out of a medication for WEEKS and you should not cancel it. For the love of god, leave it in processing until you get it in stock so it can be filled WHEN YOU HAVE IT IN STOCK. I am furious with the horrible service I have received with this location. Not having my medication for weeks has had SEVERE consequences on my ability to work and function. I understand there is a shortage. Even with the shortage, there is no excuse for the constant lies I have been told by multiple employees here. They have NO BUSINESS discretely canceling prescriptions and lying. The absolute irony of the lack of accessibility and hassle mental health patients have to go through to get their medication, ESPECIALLY at this location is DISGUSTING. These employees should all be incredibly ashamed of themselves and their behavior.

Where do I even start?
First issue I had with this Walgreens was the with the pharmacy. Most in-store pharmacies, especially Walgreens, are usually unpleasant. But this one in particular could give the DMV a run for it's money on the sheer audacity in tone and lack of professionalism.
Another tid bit would be the staff as of this year. Particularly a elderly woman, whom of which when I asked for assistance huffed and puffed then proceeded to throw the candy bars she was stocking at my feet. I certainly hope there's footage of that because by God it felt unreal. When she finally mosied her way to the counter - she did everything in her power to demean my small talk attempts. When I called her out on it, because she was acting like a child and asked for a manager she proceeded to change her tone real quick and ask for my forgiveness. I understand people have a lot going on, so I left it at that.
To wrap it all up my experiences with their FedEx Partner Center is equally an issue! Nothing to do with FedEx just the terrible staff. They do not want to help in any way - and acts as if it's an inconvenience. They are supposed to hold packages up to a week! But rest assured every time you get something sent they will gladly put it in the return bin same day. This has now happened twice. I just went to pick up a package saying they did not receive it - when I could literally see it in the going out box. I swear to God these people are either dumb as rocks or the only pleasure they get is in the misery of others, perhaps so they don't feel so utterly alone.
Only highlight is this younger manager their, he's a pretty cool guy. The only one who seems to have some sense of work ethic in that god forsaken place.
Beware. Stay away.

Great Walgreens. I’ve had great experiences with the pharmacy for over 15 years. I don’t know why everyone else is having such issues.

The pharmacy from hell. How is it even possible to recruit such boorish and rude employees, who insult the customers? Nothing is ever in stock. They are always late when they tell you your drugs have been ordered. It could be tolerable if the employees weren’t so utterly obnoxious.

Great place to find what you need. Open till midnite at Piemont and Roswell. The man and women closing were friendly and there to help.

Absolutely the WORST pharmacy I've ever encountered. The employees are RUDE. No one knows what they are doing. When I came to return the employee named rhonda she took the return stuff so angrily and scans and throws on ground so badly. She doesn’t even know how to give returns to customer. She tried multiple times to give on gift card that didn’t work too. Me then I got notification on my cell phone from bank card
She charged multiple times and try to give return but it looks like she charged me more than I return need to go back and show her. Such a shame on her she looks like manger but not professional she has a very bad attitude for customers and no experience at all. Why the people hire this kind of people anyways when they don’t like to work happily and welcome customers happily.
