This is the worst pharmacy in Atlanta, GA. Period.Don't believe me? Today is Friday.They just decided not to open at all today.Did they tell anyone? Doctors? Patients?No....no they did not... Absolutely pathetic excuse for a pharmacy.

I have been using the pharmacy at this location for quite some time. I also buy the majority of OTC medications for my large family. We send a lot of photo orders here as well. This is such a slow location. There seems to only be 1 person working here ever and they never seem to be at the register. This is a very convenient location to my home but has caused a lot of headaches with how long things take.

Pharmacy here is awful. I asked for my prescription to be set up for automatic refills. I have to call every time because it’s never ready. Every time I call, the store hangs up multiple times. Will be switching over, I can’t stand this place.

Laziest staff ever. Manager smoking outside right next to door. Didn’t even acknowledge my existence when he came in and another employee told him I needed help. So disrespectful. Then I was told to wait while they had no other customers. See him and coworker whispering something I didn’t catch - nothing irritates me more. Does anyone actually work here lol? Come visit this Walgreens if you wanna ruin your day!

I've come to this Walgreens ever since Rite Aid shut down, and the service has always been pleasant, and it usually is pretty quick. I almost always use the drive thru pharmacy, and the wait times vary depending on how many cars are ahead, but the pharmacy staff is always efficient and patient. I haven't had any major problems so far.

Terrible store. The managers (2 of them) are EXTREMELY RUDE. 90% of the staff are not helpful or friendly. They will wait till there are 8+ people in check out line before they call for help. Not shopping there anymore.

The store clerk that was at the front check out was extremely rude to me. When I looked to see if anyone at the check out, I didn't see anyone. Then I walked behind the check out and saw the clerk. She was an older women and seemed to have a limp. So she reluctantly starting the check out process. I asked her for a type of candy and she didn't know and she didn't go look for it. She finally went to look for it and brought the candy up to the counter. I said that was the wrong kind. She didn't want to look or ask anyone. She treated me like a complete idiot.I have never experienced this kind of obvious rudeness! I won't be going to this store again.

This place is constantly out of stock of the same items, for MONTHS at a time! I don’t know why certain items even have space on their shelves, because I go in EVERY WEEK on my way home from work and I am disappointed and empty-handed every single time! Why even offer “2-for…” deals when you never have more than 1 item on the shelf?? Literally a waste of time every single time!

I took my aunt this morning for dental surgery. They gave her a prescription that they said she need to start as soon as possible so I took her to the pharmacy she's been using, Walgreens at 120 and Piedmont Rd. We drove up to the window at approximately 12:30pm and told the individual that approached the window, JeMichael, that my aunt had just had surgery and we needed our prescription filled as soon as possible, please. ALL he would say is "After 3pm". We tried to further explain WHY we needed it so quickly and he would cut us off and repeat "After 3pm". My aunt, frustrated, finally leaned across me and said "No, I need it quickly". He repeated his script one more time so we said we needed the prescription back and would take it somewhere with better customer service at which point he slid it through the tray and turned and walked away. We had other prescriptions to pick up so we sat at the window. When he finally returned, we continued to receive poor CS but he did apologize for the delay indicating that the pharmacist was busy giving vaccines. I told him that I appreciated the explanation but felt it was unnecessary to be rude. He spat out "I wasn't rude!" and turned and walked away again.I realize the last couple of years have changed things, businesses are understaffed, employees are frustrated, but goodness. Can't we all try to be kind to one another and EMPATHETIC. He didn't care at all to listen. My aunt is changing pharmacies.
