If I could leave 0 stars I would. Ordered a children's bike for pick-up...got notified my order was ready. Went there ( drive 25 minutes) and no bike. The bike is just about sold out and this is the closest store to where I live that supposedly had it. The Pick-up Up team lead Zakia told me some story about how the pick-up system went and they put all the pick-up orders back and someone must have purchased the bike. She told me I had to call customer service to get a full refund. I called customer service while there and they told me the store has to cancel the order before the refund could be processed. There was no apology, there NO customer service. I hope and pray I actually get my money back. I am DONE with Walmart.

The cashier asked us to rate Walmart 5 stars on their payment screen, I didn't do it, I wanted to pay with wireless pay and they didn't have them, the cashier turned around to where I was and she herself rated 5 stars, I couldn't take my purchase, being such a large chain it seems ridiculous to me that they don't have more payment methods.

If I could I would give this Walmart NO STARS. They have just about everything locked up. Then you have to try and find someone to unlock the case. I have shopped here for 4 years for my elderly mother, since it is close to her dialysis location and I could do it on my lunch hour. This last visit on Feb 7th will be my last. I always do self checkout because I have limited amount of time. I have used both the few lanes that are open and sometimes the Spark lines. This visit I was not allowed to use the Spark lines, so I went to the other. I'm already doing your job and then you are going to alert that I missed a $2.48 slider bags (which I didn't). Way to go Walmart, you treat everyone like a criminal, including the trustworthy/honest ones that always scan every item and always shows their receipt at the exit.

Sold spoiled refrigerated dog food. The bag was filled with botulism. Expired on the 20th of January and I purchased it on the 6th of February and I almost fed it to my puppy. Thank goodness my face was attacked by the poisonous air from the food and not my puppy. Very disappointed.

The girl in electronics is rude as hell why do yall hire useless people. Most of the employees here get pissed off when you ask for help. Definitely won’t be back store sucks

This Walmart is THE WORSE! Two times within a week I’ve had issues with this Walmart . Starting with last Friday, I was home sick with the flu so i decided to order groceries.. well the groceries were never delivered so i had to go pick them up.. I arrive Saturday morning to get my groceries and 4 items were missing from my 8 item order, I had to request a refund and only was able to REORDER FOR PICK UP, So I went back 4 hours later because they would not let me get my order while I was there.
Fast forward to TODAY. I waited 20 minutes for someone to help me get fabric. I walked to the service desk twice and the girl has no answers , she said she had to call someone in electronics to help me.. um okay, confusing. I wait another 5 minutes STILL no one came to fabrics to help! I go back to the service desk and she says” oh no one came back there” ARE YOU KIDDING ME? Walmart needs to hire people who are competent enough to help their customers . I will not be shopping at this Walmart anymore

Ms. Yvonne at the Customer Service counter was very friendly and helpful to the customer in front of me, who did not understand English very well as well as to me.
It's one thing to not have enough "manned" registers, but it's another thing to half 6 "self-serve" registers open in a store this busy.
