These guys provide great service and through this really tough time they do take care to make sure you are safe.The bankers are always helpful and they've offered many services and help to me .

The customer service was nice... my daughter and I were greeted as soon as we came in. We opened a checking and a savings the banker was super helpful with that I liked her professionalism and she was very personable she's right near the door I can't think of her name but I will will will be happy with my future services there if I have to go in hopefully the banking services are as great.

The worst branch I've ever been to I will never go back!! Not helpful at all and very rude and the person I was surprising and putting money into there account said they are switching banks and will not bank with Wells Fargo anymore!!

Vanessa Lesa is the worst bank teller I have ever tried to complete a transaction with at a bank period. Very rude and judgemental. I will not be doing another transaction via this location in the branch. I worked for Wells Fargo Corporate for a few years in the past and some behavior is unnecessary and viewed as vulgar. The young lady asked me to remove my eye glasses when I have been doing business inside this bank since I have been a resident in the area for a year. You will not disrespect me! I am posting this because the only one who apologized was the service manager which was also involved in the harassment. I started to contact some of my colleague friends that are associated with the bank on a higher level, but for the "LOW LIFE" that felt it was appropriate to harass me I hope this message reaches you. Customer service skill of Vanessa Lesa are equivalent to this review. I asked to transfer money and nothing else. Apparently you forgot how to do your job.
