I had the privilege of dealing with Robin Harris and Marcus Brown at the Wells Fargo, Sandy Plains location and I couldn't be more satisfied with the service provided.Both Robin and Marcus are absolutely great and displayed a remarkable level of professionalism and a deep understanding of my financial requirements. Terrible location. Basically there’s 6 people in line and ALL 3 tellers are spending their time laughing and joking with this soccer mom. Why are all THREE tellers in one conversation? Talking about pets or something. I guess talking about pets is more important than helping the line that’s been waiting at least 10 mins since I been here. I get it. Customer interactions are important. But for ALL THREE tellers to be laughing and attending to ONE customer when there is a whole line seems to be bad business practices. I even think one of tellers was a manager too, so if I did want to complain, who would I talk to?I just think it’s disheartening that folks care more about small talk than servicing the growing line of customers. I guess her fun conversation takes precedence over whatever the people in line have to do with the rest of their day.

Called the branch on Shallowford & Sand Plains for 20 minutes. No answer and no option to leave a voice message. It is now past 5:00 and I am sure everyone was out the door at 4:59 with the doors locked. Need to know if this bank location will be closing for good. With this kind of service I would not be surprised.

I tried calling the branch during business hours for almost an hour - no one picked up. I wanted to inform you that your ATM machine in the drive-thru is covered with ants. I'm not kidding. This was on 12/19/2022 late at night. You might want to look into it.

Worked with Daniel and he was an absolute pleasure start to finish. He was extremely informative and assisted with all questions.Best banking experiences personally and multi-state = Wells Fargo (4 years total) > Chase (3 years total) >>>>> Truist (16 years total). Wells Fargo always has the best customer service hands down.

Called Friday about getting 2 affidavits notarized concerning car titles. Spoke to someone who suggested we come on over as they had 3 bankers and Saturday would only have 2 bankers and would be busy with appointments. We were at the bank no more than 20 minutes later and were told to go to the UPS store - the bank was too busy to help us. No apology and no offer to let us wait. We have banked at this location for 25 years through all the transitions (South Trust, Wachovia then Wells Fargo). Went to the UPS, spent $12 and was in and out in 5 minutes. Sadly much better service than our bank of 25 years. PITIFUL service.

Have banked with Wells Fargo for 20+ years. This has been my home branch for the past two years and they are always great to deal with. From helping after hours to financial advice, they’ve been great.

I have been trying to contact someone for 3 weeks now and still no response. We are trying to get $ from our 401 k to purchase our home and have not been able to speak to anyone. I have sent faxes and still no response. My husband had a call over a week ago and told them to contact me and that did not happen. I have been on hold everyday for over 3 weeks for anywhere from 38 minutes to 1 hour and 46 minutes to speak to NO ONE. Also went to a branch yesterday 05/19/2020 and was there 6 minutes before 4 and was told they were closed and I would have to make an appointment, to call back in the morning. I have called over and over and they are not accepting calls. I am ready to close every account I have with Wells Fargo. I am ready to contact the Media as well. You are holding up our purchase and have our money ! THIS IS RIDICULOUS. I WANT MY MONEY !!!

This Wells Fargo is conveniently located at the busy intersection of Shallowford and Sandy Plains Rds. I love the fact that Wells Fargo closes at 6pm on Fridays and is open on Saturday. I have banked with Wells Fargo ever since they bought out Wachovia and they have always been good to us.
