Slowest Wells Fargo I have ever been to. It was only like 1 person working in the window and 1 person in the front. They should really hire more people to work. They would have gotten 0 stars.

This particular bank is cool but can be better. I’m forced to give this bank a 5 stars because of the bank teller at the drive through window, Josh. The tall black guy. I don’t know why he is working this position. He has the personality of a corporate guy. His personality, respect level for people and speech level are phenomenal. This bank been giving me problems to a point that I been considering leaving the bank, but because of his customer service I haven’t. Thanks Josh for being the star of this bank.

1 star for being blatantly skipped over by the smaller frame middle-aged teller who refused to even acknowledge that she’d made a “mistake” by taking the customer in line behind me. Not the impression I was hoping for in my first visit to this branch.

The tellers are very friendly and professional. The drive up was out of commission for about 30 minutes. I had to go inside and the teller that waited on me stopped and opened up to service me immediately. The service was great.

Waited 25 minutes to have one sheet of paper notarized. Never seen so many people “working” yet doing nothing. The phone was ignored every single time it rang in the time that I was in the store. After finally being serviced, I was told that I could have made an appointment to prevent delay…which I would’ve known to do had anyone answered the phone call that I made before I came.

Great service. I was helped by Vonnie and she’s extremely nice and polite and wouldn’t mind going the extra mile to help you. She stayed an hour past closing time just to help me. My issue was very complex and she resolved it without almost no hesitance. I also enjoyed a great conversation with her and the other staff. I totally recommend this branch.
