Horrible customer service and you have to wait over a week if your card is lost or stolen to receive a new one in the mail because they don't offer replacement or temporary cards at the branches.. makes absolutely no sense to not be able to access your debit card for over a week.

I made an appointment to name change my credit card and got a call from Robert that he was cancelling my appointment because I could do it via phone. Event though with my prior research, it said I had to go in person. I then called the customer service number to change my name on my credit card and they told me I had to do it in person. ( which is why I had booked the appointment). Seems like the bankers do not want to help their clients. I do everything online, I dont mind. However this process needs to be done in person due to Wells Fargo guidelines, which the banker Rodney had no knowledge of.I instead will cancel my credit card, I was only keeping it because it was my longest credit card line. Drive thru service was horrible. I had to sit and wait the longest I’ve ever had to wait, without a “Hey sorry for the wait I’ll be there shortly” because of Wells Fargo I have to go to the bank to perform certain transaction. Basically Wells Fargo screwed me over and now I have to do extra. Anyway the banker today decided to make me wait and then not let me make a withdrawal. It was a huge inconvenience but even more aggravating when it’s Wells Fargo fault. The man wasn’t helpful and even though I did nothing wrong, I’m not allowed to complete my transaction because of his personal preference.Side note: there are some nice women who work there.DO NOT GO TO THIS BANK

Least helpful staff I’ve ever come across! Wanted to open kids savings accounts, had to wait 30 minutes to be told there was no-one available that could do that. Don’t waste your time here.

This is hands down the slowest wells Fargo on earth. They never have more than 1 teller upfront and 1 for drive-through, and it's always gonna take at least 30min. Someone, please fix it....

I went to the Wells Fargo on power's ferry rd to open a business account and the business account banker, profiled me based on my race and appearance not realizing I make 6 figures, "which is besides the point". She was very rude and very unwelcoming. I was treated like a bum off the streets.I addressed my displeasure with her service. She acted as if she did not care. I have never been treated so unethical and felt so uncomfortable while attempting to provide business to a company. Furthermore, I will be filing a separate complaint with the better business bureau

Poor customer service! I came to this location to get assistance with a Wells Fargo issued cashiers check with funds from MY account and was told to go to a different location for them to “verify” information. This was such an inconvenience. I’m not sure if there’s a breakdown in the training at this location, but I was able to go to a different location and get assistance with NO issue. It’s unfortunate that so many people are experiencing problems with this location and there haven’t been any changes made.

The customer service at this bank is a shame, workers are clearly unhappy with the environment they put themselves in and do not provide a minimum level customer service to either new customers or existing ones. Martha attempted to help us but became very confrontive when we spoke in Spanish to her when she has a sign on her table that clearly says"yo hablo español" my recommendation is to stay away from this specific branch.

I came here to complain about the experience I had depositing a check, only to find out I am not the only one with this experience. DO NOT GO TO THIS BANK TO DEPOSIT ANYTHING. The customer service is absolutely awful, and I was told that they couldn’t deposit my check because they couldn’t “verify” obvious information on the check. After waiting 15 minutes, going back and forth about the legitimacy of their issue, I offered to call the person who made out the check, their bank, anyone who could verify whatever they were looking for. Absolutely nothing would change their minds. I left extremely frustrated and I won’t be visiting this bank again.

It’s just unbelievable how long you have to wait for a banker or a teller at this branch - especially when the manager walks back and forth saying “we’ll be right with you”. Why doesn’t she simply stop and assist?

If you are of and ethnicity be careful going there. A buddy of mine that use to run my shop went to withdraw money and he couldnt. I personally know he had over 20k in the bank and they wouldnt let him withdraw 2,650. The teller told him she needed authorization and got on the phone but never got the bank manager. Good people are good people. A man should be able to withdraw his own money no matter his skin color. This bank should be ashamed.

I will never go back and will take all my money out. Over the last 8 weeks I've deposited over 30k in my accounts. I walked into do a withdraw. My withdraw amount was only for 2,650. The teller said she needed authorization after me standing there for 5 minutes. Eventually it got up to 15 minutes where she is just on the phone around her desk corner and wont really speak to me. What's weird is if you need authorization, you normally just have to ask the branch manager. After I asked again she refused to give me eye contact and told me if I couldn't wait for authorization then I could go.
