Williams Sonoma is also owned by pottery barn. Both stores are out of San Francisco. And you’ll pay prices as though you lived in San Francisco when you shop at the store.
They do offer classes like knife, skills, and other classes that you might want to consider taking. They have unique food fines inside the store.

Wonderful experience! My husband and I attended a class today. We walked away very excited to make ice cream with our new ice cream maker. Kyra was sooo knowledgeable.

Absolutely thrilled with my experience at the Avenue East Cobb location thanks to Dana! She greeted me with such warmth and genuine friendliness that I immediately felt at ease. Dana went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I needed, and her deep knowledge of the store’s products was incredibly impressive. She took the time to answer all of my questions, offered thoughtful suggestions, and made sure I left with the perfect items for my home.
What stood out even more was how much she seemed to truly enjoy helping customers. It made the whole shopping experience feel personal and enjoyable. Dana is great, and it’s clear she takes pride in what she does.
The rest of the staff was just as courteous and helpful, creating a welcoming environment that made it a pleasure to shop there. The customer service at this location is outstanding from top to bottom. I’ll definitely be coming back thanks to Dana and the amazing team!

Highly expensive. Horrible customer service. They just take your money and keep delaying the delivery date. You can’t even return anything. Don’t shop here.

Walked in and passed by two employees several times today with no acknowledgment that I was there and even when I made contact with one of them it’s like they didn’t hear me talking as well as I made eye contact With the lady before leaving and nothing. What has happened to customer service today

Witnessed the mgr being very rude to a friend who was only asking the staff for assistance, but they decided it was too close to closing time to assist her.

Do not waste your time coming to this location. I drove an hour and a half to pick up an online order just to be told they accidentally marked it as ready and they don’t actually have it. Kyra, the manager was beyond rude and unhelpful. She offered no possible solutions and had no care at all that I drove through Atlanta for nothing. I requested a refund and she didn’t even know how to do that. Then instead of refunding my WS card I got a text with a e-gift card. I don’t want a gift card. I want a refund as I will no longer be purchasing this item here. This lady has no business being a manager of a store.

On three separate occasions my wife and I have either been ignored or treated indifferently. Clearly the employees have an expectation of the type of customer they would like to serve. We even called once and the manager apologized but the pattern has continued. I genuinely hope WS will address because we do appreciate the quality of the merchandise.

Absolutely will never spend another penny with this store. I purchased a cup from them less than two months ago. I poured a 165 degree tea into the cup and noticed it leaking. The glass cup then slowly cracked leaving glass in the cup. Brought it back as this is a defective product and probably should have a safety recall on it. The store saw no problem with the product quality and would not refund my purchase. I see no problem with never spending another cent here for the lack of any customer concern or care.

Depending on the employee who serves you, you might have a 5-star experience with prompt, friendly service or a 2-star experience where checking out (no line) takes a half hour.

I love this store location. It's beautiful, clean, great selection, and all of the staff are friendly and helpful. I'll be back!
