These older women working here are so rude and condescending. Don’t ask me if I need help after I’ve been in the store for 10 minutes without any acknowledgment. I actually had an order pick up. Asking me to spell my last name and tell them what I ordered. Just look at my confirmation and go get my products. Old Karen’s working. Don’t go to this location especially if you’re a minority. Go to Alpharetta.

I recently had an experience with Williams-Sonoma that left me feeling disappointed and frustrated. I had been a long-time customer of the company and had always enjoyed their high-quality products and excellent customer service. However, on my most recent visit, I encountered a particularly unpleasant experience with almost all of the employees.When I approached the staff member with a question about a product, they seemed disinterested and unhelpful. They were dismissive of my inquiry and seemed to be in a hurry to move on to the next customer. I found their attitude to be quite rude and snooty, typical of older middle-aged women in East Cobb of course, and it left me feeling like my patronage was not valued by the company.Overall, I was disappointed with the service I received and felt that the experience did not live up to the standards I had come to expect from Williams-Sonoma. I hope that the company takes customer feedback seriously and works to ensure that their employees provide exceptional service to all customers in the future. If I wanted to order online, I would, but there is a reason why brick and mortar stores exist so I can check the products in-person with help.

My husband walked to the counter to purchase one item. The older woman told him in a condescending manner that he could go wait in the line and they'd call him when they were ready.There wasn't a single person in line and there were 4 employees behind registers yet they told him to go wait in the line at the back of the store. I don't understand why it is necessary to be so rude. Go find another job if you're unhappy in yours.

This is a longer story well worth telling and I’m still in a review of the amount on stars. We bought eight chairs each close to $600 and it took about six months for delivery. When we bought the chairs we were told open a Williams-Sonoma credit card and you get an additional 10% then that didn’t work and had to buy them on our Amex. the Williams Sonoma credit card didn’t appear before several weeks. we had to go back to the store, with the intent to move the cost to this card. Well we were told that doesn’t work until the chairs are delivered. 6 month later they were delivered, all good, nice chairs and we went back to the store again, and wanted to have the chairs moved to the William Sonoma credit card. The store again couldn’t help us. We were given an email address to address that subject and are now waiting. Still waiting to get our 10%. That is not normal. I will update as story continues.

O. M. G! I freakin love this store. I try not to go because my wife isn't happy with how much I spend. They have such high quality products and the staff is amazing. It's like Christmas all year round.

So disappointed in customer service. Let me preface by saying I came in to exchange 2 items past the return date..but I kindly explained that I had a 7 week old baby and could not make it in. The items are still stocked in the store and the associates answer was "I could have taken it back if it was purchased online, sorry you don't have someone to run an errand for you" These words are single handedly killing brick and mortar businesses...My husband and I own a neighboring local business and our return policy is "make someone's day". No, don't let your customers abuse return policies but YES, understand there are exceptions... especially for new moms simply trying to return items YOU STILL CARRY AT FULL PRICE. To tell a customer that you would have taken it back if purchased online is the exact reason local business will not survive...it will drive customers to amazon and other online retailers. I hope this review helps you rethink your customer service. William Sonoma is such a nice store and this shouldn't happen.

Don’t know why I bother going into stores anymore when Amazon can have it at my house in 24 hours and for $20 less than the store. This store would not sell me a fry pan, only had a set and quoted me a price $20 higher than the price they have posted to order it individually. Not helpful at all. Thanks but no thanks. Wasted gas and time. The point of a brick and mortar is to get what you need when you need it. When you can’t provide that service, you need to rethink your business model.
