I mean, if you have Xfinity for more than a year, you know how it is dealing with this company, but I do want to shout out Yasmeen for making my experience worthwhile and painless. She was very helpful, kind, and worked with me to find a plan that suited my needs and price point!

I signed up for service over the phone and asked if I could pick it up at a location. The rep asked if I was sure? I shouldve known it was going to be something when he said that.
I went in the next day to pick up my equipment. One of the reps approached me and asked me for my name and ID. I handed her my ID not realizing she didnt give it back. She said she’ll be back. She was gone for a while. She came back out and said “hey you know your plan is eligible for a free plan”. I said “oh that may be something to look into since I have a side business”. She went to the back, im thinking to go get my modem. So im waiting for a while again and she hasnt come back out. So her co worker said that she sent me a link and I need to sign it. Im thinking this is to get my modem. I clicked on the link on my phone and I saw my plan was the same price but it was more mbps. Im thinking well thats weird but I guess I read the original wrong or something. After a couple of minutes she came back out so I asked her why is my plan 500 mbps now? She says “I dont know”. And then that’s when I noticed she still had my ID. When I got home I got a email saying that my plan upgraded. I call Xfinity immediately to cancel what was done.
Long story short, someone scanned my ID and forged my name on the tablet, when my ID was with the rep. I did not sign the tablet at all or see them scan my ID in. That’s fraud. Don’t be dishonest to make a sale. God bless.

2 days and Almost 3 hours at this location with absolutely nothing accomplished.. Just how many times do I have to put in my birthday, SSN, and email address? Not only do I no longer want to expand my plan, by adding a line, I will be shopping for another Wi-Fi company and be ending this .... Whatever this is with Xfinity ASAP

About a month ago I went in to pick up my equipment for my WIFI ONLY, I was advised I could get a free mobile line. I DECLINED.
My first bill I paid it was the normal amount I signed up for online (Because I did everything online for setting up my wifi services) This month I go to pay my bill and notice It says I have an Xfinity Mobile line and it's showing a bill due for about $25. I call in customer services to verify what this is for and was told it's an activation fee for the IPhone 13 line. I let the rep know I do not have an Xfinity line and I don't even have an IPhone 13. I have T-Mobile and I have a IPhone 16Pro & an IPhone 11.
I know $25 is not a lot but for me it's the principle, I did not agree to this. They help me submit a ticket to the fraud department and are looking in to this.
Anyways just check your billing statement and be careful.
Also Xfinity customer service was very helpful.

This review is based on the experience I had with John. I had been having issues with getting my Peacock Premium subscription set up from recently moving. No one at Peacock nor anyone from Xfinity was able to assist for weeks! I went to the store location and John was able to resolve the issue right away! I wanted to let John’s assistant manager know about the stellar customer service, however, the manager was too busy to speak with me…go figure! No one else at the store location was able to help from previous visits to the store!
Thank you again, John for your outstanding customer service!

Worst company to deal with for service. I have been trying to get a cable buried for at least 6 months. They attempted to bury my neighbors cable on my property but did a poor job. Avoid this cable at all costs.

Took my mother here a few days ago because she had switched her service and she was very upset because she didn’t have the ability to use her phone. I took her in and the team was so gracious and patient and really helped us out. I appreciated their knowledge and professionalism.
