i walked in there twice . the first time me and my friend wanting to see the new iphone 17 and the guy at the door was very rude an told his they didn’t have it and basically led us to the door. the second time which was today we came to see it and the guy asked us if we wanted to buy and i said no and that we were js looking and he pointed to the display phone at the front when they had more in the back by in the apple section. he’s really rude and need to get checked

I don’t often write reviews, but my experience at this Xfinity store has been so good that I can’t pass up sharing it.
I’ve had Xfinity home internet for a few months, and while the service itself has been fine, my experiences with the generic hotline left me frustrated and unimpressed. What made all the difference, and what convinced me to take the leap and sign up for Xfinity Mobile, was the incredible service at this location.
Every single employee I’ve worked with has gone above and beyond. It honestly feels more like a family run mom and pop shop than a big corporation.
Leon was unbelievably helpful and kind while walking my 74 year old mom through cancelling her TV subscription. He treated her like his own mom, nothing but respect and patience.
Shamira walked me through moving over to Xfinity Mobile. She went through the fine print with me, and made sure everything was squared away with AT&T before making the switch.
Sophia helped me get my trade-in phones packaged up to mail off. She went the extra mile to make sure nothing would be damaged, gave me directions to the nearest USPS, and reminded me to give any of them a direct call if I have any questions or issues so I don’t have to deal with the hotline again.
Almost forgot to mention, when I had an issue with my coax cable at home, the technician who came out was prompt, thorough, and incredibly friendly. He quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it right away.
If my decision to stay with Xfinity or switch to Xfinity Mobile had been based on their main hotline or automated customer service, I probably would’ve canceled everything and run the other way. While I realllllly hope not to have any issues with my service, if I do, I’ll be excited to drop back in and see everyone while we get it figured out.
I seriously can’t recommend this location highly enough. If you’re on the fence, go in person - you’ll see what I mean.

I'd give zero stars if I could. Not helpful and will not go out of their way at all. Go to a different store.Or you will come out worse off than you went in.

The manager charged me for a new Iphone. She could not transfer my data from the old iphone. I left the store with the old phone. They will not refund me, nor remove the new phone cost from a monthly bill. I am calling Cobb Co Police to file a theft report in the store. Beware!!! Do not buy a phone here!!!

Went in to potentially get an Internet and phone plan. Had to set up an account for Internet first to see if we could qualify to get a discount on the phone plan. We couldn’t, so we decided to not follow through with anything because the new total was out of our budget. The woman was extremely unprofessional when she heard this and essentially said ‘thanks, now I need to undo this while we’re busy.’
As it turns out, she did a really bad job of ‘undoing’ it because I received a bill statement today for my supposed Internet plan, which I don’t have. It took me almost an hour of chatting with a ‘live agent’ to get the account cancelled. We’ll see if it’s actually cancelled soon or if I need to physically go into the store again. Terrible experience all around

I had canceled service over a month ago and received a bill that was not itemized. Went to this location to receive clarification. Only to be yelled at and lied to. The boy working the counter said I hadn’t paid two months of bills. I literally had the receipt for the bill he claimed I didn’t pay. (Which this bill is completely separate from the bill I came in to ask about. They guy yelled at me in the store in front of everyone and made me feel extremely uncomfortable. I went to a different store in Kennesaw and got amazing help and clarification! That location informed me the secondary bill was invalid. Poor customer service by the boy behind the counter. Though the manager composed herself much much better I still didn’t receive any help from this location. Highly recommend going to the KENNESAW location to save time and have really good workers.
