I was thrilled to know I didn't have to go to Cobb Pkwy, and was pleasantly surprised that this is an actual*store*, not just a dark and crowded drop off place for Xfinity equipment.Jared took care of my equipment return, and he was super friendly. The whole experience was quick and easy, and I very much appreciate that.

This my experience that had with one of useless agent at this store. We went to get xifnity service, This agent who does not know how to ask questions and give proper reply to customer. He is behaving like a robot who do not have mind or common sense to provide information on the his tablet.Not sure how these guys get hired as customer service agents who does not know who is customer.Just stay away from this office to save your time.

Don’t like feeling like I am inconveniencing someone that is supposed to giving me a service . This must be a Xfinity training problem because felt the same way talking with them over the phone trying to fix MY billing. I have been with Xfinity for over 10 years and not to happy to be to be treat this way. Happy to be done with this company!!

Posted hours on door day they open at 10 am. Online it says 11 am. Nobody to be seen at 10am. Who knows what’s going on at this place?

While we previously had positive experiences at this location in the past, we went in this afternoon (7/9/23) at 4:45 to upgrade a phone. The posted hours state that the location is open until 5:00. However, the manager rudely barked that the store was closed. We left. Disappointed, we went back into the store, and an employee said that he would help us. Regardless, the store manager interrupted and again barked that the store was closed. So, the two lessons were (1) that posted hours at this location mean nothing and (2) the shift manager simply is a j****

I went in to upgrade my iPhone and the associate who helped me, Shavonne, was incredibly helpful. She was very kind and patient and ensured she helped with MY needs. I never felt like she was pressuring me into purchasing anymore than I needed to. She even took the time to ask about my xfinity internet services and making sure they were working well for me even though I was there for mobile services. I was in and out in about thirty minutes, which I consider a win. A very smoothly and quickly run visit!

We first went to the Xfinity store in Sandy Springs. Those folks didn't seem to care whether we came or went. When we came here, we were treated professionally and warmly. Come here.

This is worst place in the entire globe, they first try to tell all sorts of lie to the customer to get the business. the lie starts with store manager and goes down to each representative. All are fake promises and they don't even know how to behave with customers. They should need a basic training and why Xfinity is allowing these kinds people on the Front desk and allowing to treat customers badly ?Some of their fake Promises.1. Tmobile Switch to Xfinity (200$ fake reward).2. Xfinity tie-up with Bestbuy Geek squad.3. Returns unaccepted.The first visit for every customer will be of fake promises and second will completely avoiding customer and avoid return by telling all the stories and in the end, they will say the return period is over. I should be the first and last victim of these fraudsters.I cannot rate a single star, because they don't value the customers..

I had been getting no help from Xfinity technical support online or over the phone. While in-store Xfinity rep, Shamira, was unable to resolve the problem, she was very attentive, knowledgeable, personable, empathetic and tried everything that she could do to help. She scheduled a field technician to assess, and hopefully, solve the problem.

Drove around the Avenue of East Cobb for 15 minutes looking for this store and it doesn't exist. Must have closed some time ago. Asked two shoppers and they said it was closed some time ago.

Keith was very knowledgeable and professional. He was supportive when I had an issue with one phone. He and Brandon were persistent and finally got the issue fixed. I am super happy and highly recommend them.

Be careful going here. Says they open at 10 but they don’t open until 11… even though their door says 10… myself and 3 others were waiting out front for them to open and there was 2 people working there. So there was no reason for them not to open at 10 when they are supposed to!!
