They lie and waste time. First question I asked is upon my checked in….how long. They kept adding time and waste 30 minutes. I would have happily made an appointment. Don’t go here without an appointment unless you have time to waste. If you value your time. Don’t walk in here.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!!!!!
My nails got seriously damaged. They became layered and thin, and they still aren’t growing properly. The skin on my hands also got hurt, and there’s still a deep wound by one of my nails that hasn’t healed yet. It’s been really frustrating. Very expensive for nothing.

Giving 2 stars because the place was very nice and clean. I had my 9 year old daughter with me too. My daughter had a photo with her to show what she wanted. I tried to show the pic to the tech who was working on her. She said, “I don’t need to see it. I know what she wants.” Well she, she didn’t follow it. I had a manicure and pedicure completed. They used one of their OPI polishes. Once they were done and I sat there for a long time, I asked for flip flops because I didn’t want to mess them up. I told them that they were still just a bit sticky. They said, “oh, it’s dry. Just put your tennis shoes on.” Well I should have just gone to the car barefoot, because they weren’t completely dry and they were messed up when I got home…I live around the corner. Then, while driving home, I noticed all of my manicure nail polish had tiny bubbles on all of the nails. I guess their polish was old? Or they used the wrong top coat? I had no time to go back because I had my son’s school dance. I had to remove the polish as soon as I got home. I got the pedicure/manicure that was $49.99. My daughter is 9 and got the kids service. When I walked up front, they said it was $127 before tip! We didn’t get gel or tips. Just our natural nails. And then I had to take everything off when I got home. Really disappointed and unfortunately will not go back

I love this nail salon and the people who work here! My mani/pedi and designs are always awesome. It’s a pleasant, clean, relaxing, and professional environment with lots of color and design options. Thank you Yi Nails!! See y’all again soon :)

I love this nail salon! Alina is the BEST and she is so sweet. My nails always look amazing and she takes such good care of them, they are healthy and strong. I’m so glad I found this salon, it’s the only place I’ll go.

Went in today for the second time for a fill in and gel color. First issue was it took over 2 hours (honestly i think over 2 and a half), second, i agree with the comments saying they’re inconsistent with pricing. First time was $55, second time was $70, which is a huge jump. No design or anything, got the exact same process done each time. Would love to go back cause they do a good job and are friendly, but not when other shops can do the same in about an hour and are more consistent with their prices.

Overall, this is a nice salon, but I want to take a moment to address the behavior of one of the employees. There is a female technician (I don’t know her name, but she usually wears high heels and has her hair pulled back)…anyway, she routinely has the nastiest, most unwelcoming attitude. She has been unfriendly every time I have interacted with her. She frequently rolls her eyes, makes nasty faces, and is generally rude and cold. It costs nothing to be kind. There is no need for that kind of behavior.

Great local nail salon! My pedicure was well done, and still looks nice and neat. SNS with designs was very well done. I will be back for the friendly service and excellent work.

Nathan's customer service was amazing! I appreciated how gentle he was with my cuticles. He did an amazing job on my nail art as well!
