I was a little shaken up on the side of the road and it was so nice to have someone on the other end of the line that cared! We showed up and we're back on the road in 20 minutes. “I'm the owner I sold a set of new accelera phi-r new tires on May 4 2023 customer called said tires were wore out she claims 3000 miles is all she drove the tire manufacturer requires rotation document to credit wear so original cost was $482.00 installed and balanced I told her I would replace them for 282.00 since she was unhappy she declined she wanted a new set at no cost but the tire manufacturer will not do that”
