Don't normally have too much problem out of this location but when you ask for extra sauce on your sandwich and you don't get it they will try and charge you for that extra sauce even after you already paid for it at the register when you gave them the order they failed to put that extra sauce on your sandwich

I ordered 2 of the Deluxe fish sandwich combos, but neither of them resembled the pictures on the menu board. Curly fries were cold, but the crinkle ones were hot.

The food is cold and old. Go to the Augusta one, but don't stop in the aiken location.

Food was not good. Dry and the bread and meat ratio didn't help. The fries were stale tasting.

Ordered the two different fish sandwiches and received two of the same. Ordered small curly fries and didn’t receive it. Arby’s advertises that the bun is smaller but than the fish. That’s because the patty isn’t round. Not every bite do I taste fish.

Went through the drive thru,specifically asked for extra Arby's sauce got 17miles home 9 horsy sauce and 2arby's sauce!Drove all the way back up there and showed the manager,she didn't apologize or nothing!Acted like she didn't care and just said I can give you more!Now I should of checked before I left but who should have to check when that's a very simple instruction extra Arby's sauce!Gas isn't cheap and my time priceless!Unbelievable to me!I didn't raise cane or wasn't rude so by that time food was cold and who wants a cold sauce less sandwich so it is not the service that has respect for the customer to say the least!She at the least could have made sure the meal was equal to everyone's hot and brought it to the workers attention and apologized!This wasn't even my doing!If your going to be the position to do a job,do it right and if your going to lead a crew,show the customers&workers more professional ways of handling the situations that occur!I used to eat there 3-4 times a week,but no one in leadership should ever not apologize and correct the problem in a reasonable yet professional manner!I know we all make mistakes,I do but atleast act like you care and I didn't expect free anything but I do expect you do your job!It's really not that hard!

Waited in the drive thru for 20 minutes.Then once i placed my ordered and paid they told me to pull up..waited another 8 minutes. After all the waiting I was expecting my food to be hot and fresh. I ordered the classic roast beef sandwich and curly fries. I live 5 minutes away. When I got home my sandwich was barely warm and my fries looked like I got all the left over crumbs. Not one curly fry in the bunch.If I would have been feeling better I would have taken my food back. But instead I heated up my sandwich and I picked through the fries and found a few pieces that were eat able.Worst meal ever.. would not recommend this place to anyone.

I had the Buffalo chicken wrap! It was so good.Had a kick to it but not to much.Went back 2 days later and bought just 2 wraps!!! Kid-friendliness: Nice atmosphere
