“I used the SAFELITE AutoGlass on Washington Road. I was extremely happy. They called me two days in advance to remind me of my appointment. They analytically went through everything I needed to know and what to expect in order to be prepared and it was amazing and very comforting. Then when I visited them the day of my appointment there were no surprises. All at SAFELITE, were very polite and when they completed the new windshield installation they contacted me as they told me and I truly experienced a smooth sailing. Just completed my 3rd day with my new windshield and I am very happy with their work. Thank you SAFELITE!!! I am recommending you to everyone I know!”

“It’s been a month now since I got my car back from Gerber. I got into an accident with a lot of front end damage (have a Toyota). My car was in the shop for a little over a month. The initial estimated date was extended by 2 weeks due to delays outside of their control (issues with parts, delays from the person who needed to calibrate my car). That was frustrating because the insurance rental time ran out. I had to call them too, and would have appreciated more frequent updates (they send messages 2x a week, but during the delay period would have wanted more frequent updates).
However, they did fix my car and even with the extra time I am so grateful that my baby looks like she did before the accident!!! Did have to get my tires balanced afterwards at another location, but besides that it’s been good. The staff here are really nice and knowledgeable. Steve was the one I bugged on the phone a lot and he has excellent customer service. Appreciated all of their help! :)”

“Had a lot of body work including rear and front bumper damage, as well as other damaged parts. Although it took a while to get my car back (expected considering the damages),they kept me updated every step of the way and the repairs ended up great, no problems. Maurice was my contact here and he was very kind and made sure I was happy with the car.”
“It wasn't perfect, but they did fix the damages. Took a month for them to get around my car but after that it went by pretty quick. They did unplug my cars camera which was odd but didn't notice any other damage, missing stuff, or any sign of use outside the shop.”
