I must admit. I was a little disappointed with my experience with this business. Because when I took my small hp laptop to get it fixed sometime ago. They told me that they couldn't fix it and why. And I was polite and I didn't get a bad attitude towards any of them at this business also. And then they charge me a total of $150.00 to do that. Although, I paid them the $150.00. It still felt like it was not fair to me. And I didn't really get a military discount for it also.

The folks at computer exchange were so helpful today! They looked at our computer on the spot, installed the parts we needed and got us working again on the spot (on a Saturday I might add)! Highly recommend!!??

I have dealt with Computer Exchange for many years. It is locally owned by Mr Kelly , a truly honest man who strives to serve and take care of his customers. His staff is capable and courteous. I recommend him for all of your personal and business computer products and services!

Go here if you want a driven and passionate crew to try to solve your problem. I came here with a legacy laptop seven years old they worked for three months trying to find me a board that worked. They went through four different motherboards troubleshooting and trying to make it work ultimately we had to settle for something that did work. Very accommodating and were quick to resolve my frustrations please give them your money they will make it right.

I had a very niche problem with my SSD and Caleb went above and beyond to fix my issue! In the future, I will be recommending this location to anyone having any issue with their pc or looking to purchase an amazing pre-built.

I've been a return customer at Computer Exchange for several years after various hard drive problems with Windows and Mac machines, and they have repeatedly saved the day. Most recently, my MacBook hard drive crashed due to an issue with a routine automatic Apple OS update. After taking my computer to the Apple Store, I was told the 500GB of data stored on my MacBook was unrecoverable and they referred me to a data recovery service. I took it to Computer Exchange instead, and within a week my data was recovered and my OS restored.I would recommend stopping by Computer Exchange any time you have a problem with your home or office automation. Michael is always a lot of help, and of course their Mac technician is the best. They are always very professional and thorough, besides being extremely good at what they do.

My experience with Computer Exchange has left my frustrated. In 2021, I purchased a gaming computer from this store, and up until August 4, 2023, everything seemed fine. However, my games started abruptly shutting down while I was playing them. This issue was baffling, as the rest of the computer appeared to be working perfectly. I took my rig to the store to seek help.I explained the issue to the representative that- the games shutting down unexpectedly - and they assured me that they could resolve it. They estimated a repair time of 2-3 days and I left my computer in their care, hopeful for a swift resolutionAround 5 days later, growing impatient due to the lack of communication, I took the initiative to call for an update. I was informed that my computer required a cooling fan. This left me scratching my head; I couldn't comprehend how a cooling fan could possibly rectify the sudden game crashes. However, their stance remained unwavering - they were adamant that the cooling fan was the solution to my problem. Skeptical but willing to give them the benefit of the doubt, I exercised patience. Finally, on August 15, 2023, I retrieved my computer from the store. For someone who relies on their computer for work and leisure, the 10-day hiatus felt like an eternity. While I was relieved to have my computer back, that relief was short-lived. As soon as I launched my games, the same issue resurfaced - games shutting down without warning. Every single game I attempted to play the same fate. My frustration quickly escalated to sheer exasperation. I am wondering what did they check???!!!Doubts about the competence of Computer Exchange's technicians began to creep in. Their insistence on a cooling fan as the solution left me questioning their expertise. The fact that they squandered my time and money without addressing the core problem that drove me to seek their help in the first place is infuriating. What aggravates me further is that this ordeal could have been mitigated. I would have appreciated transparency about their limitations, rather than blindly pursuing a course of action that yielded no results. To add to my frustration, when I inquired about receiving an emailed receipt for the service, I was astounded to learn that Computer Exchange lacked the capability to provide one. It's astonishing that a computer store lacks the means to email a receipt to its customers. Their suggestion to use a scanner only added insult to injury. My encounter with Computer Exchange has left me thoroughly frustrated and dissatisfied. I urge potential customers to carefully weigh their options before seeking assistance from this establishment. I really try to shop local (non major) franchise stores, when I can but this doesn't help. I guess they, get plenty of business. It's disheartening to witness customer trust being undermined. I genuinely wish that Computer Exchange had been forthright about their limitations rather than leading me down a fruitless path. The disregard for customer time and money is deeply disappointingEdit Response: I will try to bring in my computer tomorrow. Please understand, I have been without my computer since the 4th of August, and now it is the 16th (over 10 days). I know you said, you would expedite it, but I am weary on your definition of "expedite".Please understand, I just want my computer fix, because I also use it primarily for work.Computer Exchange had my computer for over 10 days, and now you are asking me to bringing it back, so you can solve a problem that, you told me (the store employee) was fix. I trusted your store on the $250 recommendation. So, now I have to bring it in again....I don't know, how it is for other customers but for me, it is very frustrating and costly (time and money). I know the employee that I spoke to at the counter, will probably say I am being petty. However, customers, view your employees as "subject matter experts". They shouldn't take that lightly. They should also consider being a bit more, polite and don't talk

Do not go here.I would give 0 stars if I could. We brought our computer here to update the ssd drive. Which they did, but in return put a block feature in the system saying we needed an admins permission to fix, add, or change anything. I mean why should we need an admins permission when we are the owners of the computer? When all we needed them to do was to take the information off the current ssd drive and put it on the new one. Which in return with whatever they did resulted in TONS of memory being erased and deleted, and us having to reconfigure so much stuff with the computer. When we contacted them asking about it they said they couldn’t fix it right away, but thankfully a different company downtown was able to fix the admin situation and said that they actually get a lot of repairs needing to be done because Computer Exchange screws up so badly. We will never go to these people again. Such a waste of money for them just to screw so much stuff up with our computer!

Computer Exchange Rocks! Brought in one of my business computers (one that runs a CO2 laser) because it wouldn't power on/stay on. They were able to diagnose and fix the computer within about 5 hours! I was fully expecting to go at least a couple of days without running a machine that is integral to my business, but they had me back up-and-running in no time!

Good experience. They fixed a boot issue for my gaming computer quicker and for less than quoted. Just wish it could have been fixed without a full reinstall of Windows, so a high 4/5!

My last 4 computers, all cutting edge Gaming PCs, were built/customized by Computer Exchange - at a price far far less than what it would have cost to purchase them elsewhere.

It took them about a week to diagnose and determine the problem with my computer. They were extremely diligent and extremely knowledgeable. The staff were all super friendly. I will go back to them if I have any more pc issues.
