Abel was awesome! I was having a bad Monday and he made it better. I had attempted to transfer my service to Verizon, but their customer service was so awful, I went over to the Cricket store. I not only left with a great plan but also a brighter day. Abel should be given a raise!!!

I came to the Washington Rd Cricket to sign up for the ACP program and upgrade my daughter's phone. Laniah the customer care employee and the manager Ebony were FANTASTIC! Not only did they carefully and patiently assist me with the sign-up process, they made sure my daughter received a new phone and case. Ebony went to great lengths to make sure I was awarded every discount available while Laniah worked on transferring phone data and everything else needed to make sure the new phone was working. The energy in the store is a great vibe: laughter, respectful, and genuine customer care. All I can say is I'm glad these ladies are here, and this is the go-to store as long as they are here!
