The staff at CSRA Camperland has been very courteous and helpful during our experience. They have been both knowledgeable of their product and conduct themselves in a most professional manner. Leo has been most proactive and available when needed.

I just left Camperland and I can’t say enough about the wonderful people in their service department. We came in with a camper that would not electrically attach to our truck and 4 guys jumped out of the service area to assist. 5 minutes later, the problem fixed and we are on the road to Savannah!!!!! We have rented a few campers to test out so that we can eventually purchase one of our own. When that time comes, we will definately come back to Camperland.

Just bought a used Cherokee Grey Wolf from Mr. Leo Parsons! One of the smoothest sales experiences I've been involved in. I was very particular with what i wanted and so was my wife. They didnt have anything at the time we looked but Leo never forgot about us and some how he found exactly what we wanted just before camping season. Very very grateful to have been introduced to him! As a first time owner they even gave me a free crash course on the ends and outs of the camper! Their store also has all the accessories you could ever need so definitely use Camperland for your camping needs!

An usual experience here at Camperland.
We told a salesman, we were looking for 5th wheels with a bunk house and 1.5+ baths. He partially showed us one unit before becoming irate and leaving us. Perhaps my small talk wasn't to his liking, but he left saying, with his back turned towards us, "once you get a job, come back." Camping World had no problems when I explained I'm waiting to start my new higher paying job before I invest ~$80k in a truck and ~$100k in a 5th Wheel. That we are doing our research in person before deciding which product to buy as it is our first time buying such a unit; I have experience with TTs and class A-C. Maybe he missed my cover that reads Retired Navy, the car we rolled up in, or the other details of items the wife and I were wearing at the time to get an idea of financial standing. Perhaps if he asked more questions of me, he would see what my goal and intent is. Regardless, we'll be heading back over to Camping World tomorrow where we aren't judged and treated so poorly!

We highly recommend Leo J. Parsons (Leo the RV Guy) and CSRA Camperland Augusta. A great experience start to finish. We recently purchased our second RV from Leo and CSRA and would highly recommend them to our family and friends. Can’t say enough good things about the sales and service staff. If we ever make a third purchase it will be from CSRA Camperland and Leo Parsons (Leo the RV Guy).

Had a leaking propane regulator on my RV due to tank being overfilled. After having the tank level adjusted by the propane store nearby, I showed up without an appointment, but they were willing and able to help me Part I needed was in stock and they proceeded to get to work. They had everything done in about an hour. I was able to continue my trip thanks to their great service. Thank you for helping a traveler in need. Great Company,

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!!
We have had so much trouble with our brand new 2022 grand design reflection. Problem after problem and nobody from this company will help us. We have had an awful experience and truly wish we would have went to another camper dealership.

Whew! I’m so grateful for the generosity shown at CRSA Camperland! From start to finish, the process was amazingly handled. The best sell person I have encountered, Leo Parsons was amazing, he didn’t not disappoint. He wasn’t overbearing, and his honesty was stellar! Mr. Ray Lewis was exceptional in the ins and outs of showing us the camper and its amenities. Mr. Bryan made the paperwork easy and understandable, and Bill made sure leaving we were safely sound! Great experience CRSA Camperland, we are grateful ♥️
