ZERO STARS!!! They never answer on calls. Everytime I call they just put the phone aside and one time had me wait over 35 minutes. Such unprofessional. Hate it. Never coming back to cvs.

Double check your receipt. There are associates there that will scan or use their phone number and not yours causing you to lose out on earned care bucks. Also the management is of no help about this either. Samantha did this to me and the management was no help at all.

I had to send a package through UPS and did not know where to do this. I asked an associate on the floor and she directed exactly where to go. Very helpful. I made one purchase and sent the package through UPS, the two young people at the register were very helpful and very friendly. This is not found in too many places lately. They all did a great job.

This review is specifically for the pharmacy: I recently had a frustrating experience at this CVS pharmacy. I had a prescription sent over from another CVS location because my medication was on not in stock and on back order. They called me when I left a message back and claimed that my iPledge approval had either expired or was input incorrectly. They instructed me to contact my doctor's office, which was closed at the time. This was the second time I encountered this issue.
The first time, they somehow resolved it, indicating that the problem was related to the specific generic medication I needed, not my doctor’s office. Despite this, they managed to fill my prescription that time. However, on this occasion, I decided to call iPledge directly. iPledge informed me that there were no issues with either the iPledge approval or the doctor's office. Instead, they pointed out that the activity on CVS's end seemed unusual and advised that the CVS pharmacy should call iPledge directly.
I left a detailed message for CVS explaining the situation since it’s nearly impossible to get someone to answer the phone. My call was completely ignored. This experience was the final straw, and CVS has now lost me as a customer, despite being the closest pharmacy that accepts my insurance.

I usually just go by this location to pick up an item or two. Most of the time an employee greets me when walking in and the cashiers are mostly friendly. The parking lot is the worst though. People have no sense driving in the parking lot at this store. Good place to get nailed by another driver hogging your space.

If I could give this pharmacy zero stars I would! This pharmacy is so freaking rude! The man on the phone was asking me what I wanted from him and expected from from him. He kept saying he didn't know what I wanted and my concerns were above his pay grade. All I wanted to know was the status on my prescription that I had been waiting for days to get. Turns out they messed up on my prescription!

I have a great experience every time I come here for medicine, photo printing, or hair/skin products. The staff is friendly, they smile, they always offer to help, and it's a good experience.

Can't seem to keep a common prescription medicine in stock. Every month, I go to fill my pain meds, and every time, it's "we don't have enough to fill your prescription", sorry... Common sense tells you that if you run out of a product every single month, then maybe you should stock more. Worthless society we live in. No one takes pride in their work anymore.

Lost UPS package. Confirmation that they received they just "can't find it". Enough for me stop using UPS.
